yosande, it had to be an illegal act with a prison certainty if convicted. I don't think the reckless driving would qualify. I'm saying that I think it was a serious drug situation but thats jmo. I don't even think reckless endangerment with a firearm would qualify to put Ron behind bars although it doesn't seem like anything qualifies to lock him up. You have to consider only if it was out and out murder does it appear Ron would be put in jail.
Any type of accident would have gotten him probation or just time in the county jail if that. I also think it is something that would have affected the whole family, I'm probably the only one that thinks Teresa might be up to her ears in drug situations too, not particularly using, but maybe somehow involved in selling or transporting.

I need to get to the bottom of the Rita Lane Addy. This is a key part of this case, imo.

I have substantial proof tn lived/lives in Fruitland Park....yet the Sykes/cummings people rent this single wide old trailer out there in Pomona Park for the past five years. I guess because of their realtionship with the owner, LE cannot say she actually didn'tlive there because their are utitlities in Sykes and CC's name on 2009 as tn resided with Jeff H. Keep in mind tn has a real estate license and knows her way around a parcel or two.

Now, if tn was not on rita lane (I don't think she was) then she was traveling from Fruitland Park on Feb 9. and the whole story falls apart. The problem is this rita lane can't be shaken. However; there is no parcel for it. It is now having an addtion put on it. ...Guess so, 12 ft wide is small even if it was used as a storage facility....heck, they have to put their junk somewhere. My problem is ....Does anyone build an addition to a 12 ft wide trailer? Wouldn't one just tear it down and purchase a new MH?...oh well llife in Pomona Park....all the Sykes, Squires and Cummings need a hole in the wall just in case....seemed to work for this case.

Who is financing the addtion. How did they get the approval with no parcel and who is building it. Could it be Jeff H. since he is/was in the aluminum business?

I know for sure that here you have to have a building permit to add an addition. Why wouldn't you have to have a permit to build an addition in that county? Here, it has to be posted so that it can be seen from the street. So, who is building this addition? I would like to know.

Did they search this address? with dogs? It just seems odd that they'll lose a family member and add on to a mh.....hmmmmm. I wonder if their trying to cover something up. Just thinking out loud.

I’m trying to imagine how Misty must have felt. I bet my last nickel that she was and still is sick to death of watching other people’s kids. She said she loves kids, and always has, then when she told Ron (the love of her life), that she is pregnant, and what does he do? This must have been a real wake up call for her!? !?

Then she calls upon her family, what do they want? Watch the kids…

Here we are, going on a year later, and where is Misty? Still covering for Ron, even after the divorce. Either one of these people have real jobs, not in a gas station, a store, cleaning homes, nothing. LE has to be all over them, so no supplemental income, I really can’t figure out how they manage to even get gas for the truck, yet along food, cloths, cigarettes, beer. You just know that the $12,000. Is long gone and Butterbean didn’t get $6,000. or half of it. Where are Child and Family Services when you need them?

Think about it, little Butterbean and Haleigh are actually sleeping in the same bedroom as their Dad and his 17 year old girlfriend and C&F Services think this is OK? I’d think this would be at least corruption. Call me old fashion, but please don’t try to tell me that these two have “the best interest of the children” at heart. GMAB, or better yet please give little Butterbean some real consideration. IMO.

IMHO..IF Misty were the one solely responsible for whatever it is that happened to Haleigh, Ron Cummings would have ended her life before that 911 call was ever made...JMO

Also, I have listened to and watched those LVA tapes seems like at least a couple dozen times and I can't recall ever hearing her state she asked Ronald if he had taken Haleigh w/o her knowledge..Guess I'll have to go back and listen once again..JMO

I typed a rough copy of what Misty said beginning at the 29:30 minute mark on her LVA test ....

She woke up and noticed the kitchen light on so she went to the kitchen and saw the back door open so she ran to her bedroom to get her phone and when she turned around she noticed HaLeigh was gone. She kept freaking out while she furiously tried to get a hold of Ron who didn't answer his phone. She screamed out HaLeigh's name as she searched throughout the inside of the home. Jr woke up and he was freaking out too. As soon as she opened the front door, possibly to look out for HaLeigh, Ronald pulled up and Misty asked him, “Do you have HaLeigh, do you know where HaLeigh is?” And he said, “What do you mean?” and I told him “Haleigh is gone.” and we looked and searched and couldn’t find her and that was it.

My guess is CFS workers are all at the office filling out forms and I bet they didn't know Misty was having serious problems with HaLeigh at bedtime. Ronald and Misty don't address "awkward" situations" that arise between them because they can't talk and they appear to be functioning when they aren't.

Is anyone certain as to how long HaLeigh had actually been sleeping in R & M room? I believe Misty dragged HaLeigh's mattress into her and Ronald's bedroom that evening to hide her role in HaLeigh's disappearance and to protect herself.

I never heard Misty come right out and say she wanted her own child so I guess she is afraid and feeling insecure inside herself.

When your child is missing, there is always more, more things you want to say, more things you recall, more things to be curious about. It is not a black and white type of situation, it is fluid. Both rc and misty want to tell you a simple story and not have to elaborate. They want the people interviewing them to stop asking them about Haleigh. They tell you many times in so many words, "That's all I know", "I don't know", "I was at work".

.......if you notice, it works....where does an interviewer go after that is said.

(And it has nothing to do with "meeting" him or never having met him).

I can't even figure out where Ron and the kids were that final fateful weekend in February, so I would appreciate some advice on how to sleuth this info out. tia

LE said it early on that there is more than one person that has given them inconsistencies. They just did not say who or how many. The also said it was not clear if Haleigh was abducted. My theory is that Ron and Misty are the key here and LE just threw that statement out there and cleared Ron and CS, right after they had said that they could not get Ron to come in either. Both Ron and Misty avoided LE for months. I pray LE knows something by now and that this case will be resolved before the one year anniversary of Haleigh's disappearance.

"There are inconsistencies that have remained since the beginning," Bowling said.

He also said other people aren't giving them the whole truth.

"It's not just one individual that we want to fill in those gaps," Bowling said. "All of the reasons people would be fearful about cooperating with police are all roadblocks here."

In March, investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said it was not clear if Haleigh was abducted.

And since OT is not a player in this case (his name does not appear in any newspaper articles and he was not named by LE), I did not feel it was appropriate to be posting his records (per TOS). However if you look at the docket, you can see that he was definitely in town on 1/5/2010.

I don't think WHERE OT was makes ANY different in the case, to be honest. However, the topic of OT came up -- people were wondering if he was still around, so I answered the question that "YES, he is still around". That's all.

Since OT was looking like a bodyguard in the first few days, not that I know he was, but staying very close to rc, what could have happened to make him distance himself the very week Haleigh disappeared. This is not friend-like behavior.

I suspect after Junior associated the color black with the person who took HaLeigh he didn't feel comfortable with the amount of media attention Ron was receiving so he quietly withdrew himself from this awkward situation to conserve his reputation.

I think we can rule out HaLeigh died as a result of an accident or as a result of a fight between R & M because they didn’t request medical attention for her. It is possible Misty and Ron grew increasingly bitter and disillusioned by the rigid expectations they faced in raising HaLeigh and they enlisted Joe to help them dispose of HaLeigh and the gun story is a ruse.

I doubt HaLeigh went to sleep Monday because I don’t think it would have taken her 30-35 minutes to fall asleep. I believe HaLeigh would have been exhausted when she lay down to sleep after a very busy and trying day and she would have fallen asleep the minute her head hit the pillow but this wasn't what happened according to Misty and I wonder what was going on.

When did jr reveal this, I don't remember. Wasn't there a story floating around that OT and rc got into a fight by a tent one day? I wish the media would track down OT and interview him. I bet there is more to him leaving than a four year old's description of an intruder that apparently LE did not take seriously.

OT and many other people wanted to crawl into a hole when this happened. My guess is misty may have played a big part in his disappearing.
