What could have happened to Haleigh?

If we go on the premise that rc was at work and accounted for, for 12 hours, then I will say that most likely misty is responsible for whatever happened. That means rc married her solely to stay out of prison, which makes sense. For any other reason makes him appear complicit in a coverup.

The fact that he never harmed misty is amazing...because if he is of sound mind, he would have had to be curious and anxious about her and if she played a part in his daughter's demise.

The fact that they both have defense attorneys make them both look guilty.

This is where I have a problem. I don't think he was at work. LE has never said he was at work. They have said they are satisfied with the shift times and they are satisfied with his whereabouts or something to that effect. But, they never say we are satisfied that he was at work for 12 hours. They release the fact that there are 2 pings from that area. Over a 12 hours shift and supposedly dozens of calls, there should have been MANY pings. I still think he reported in as he was told to talk to the boss and was fired at that time. JMO from some locals posting.

Where he went from there is anyone's guess, but I'm assuming he has a witness to his whereabouts-hence they are satisfied. Or else the rest of his pings back up where he said he was. And I don't know of many factory like buildings that will even pick up a phone signal inside, or if they do, a supervisor will not let them use it during working hours. I don't understand how he could get by with 20 some calls during working hours. Part of my reasoning for thinking he wasn't there. But again, JMO

I am sorry I don't have the links handy, but I know the following was something that was written on Art Harris site last year.
Not sure if you recall when Nay Nay, I think it was that Cobra picked up from a crack/prostitution house.

Then it was also mentioned that the weekend Misty took off she visited some house where there were Mexicans and there was mention of sex/drug exchange....something to that effect.

Then we know the dogs tracked Haleigh to the water, ended at the rail road track.
Then the search of the Mondex after the tips and letters.

Well, it just keeps nagging at me..what if Misty took Haleigh to a party with her that Monday night? What if Haleigh was taken to the same crack house Nay Nay was picked up at?

I also recall that LE took CS to an abandoned house while they were still camped out near the MH, but they didn't take Ron or Misty.

Witnesses at HaLeigh's bus stop on Monday saw Misty take off in the opposite direction of Ron's when she left the bus stop in the blue van that carried children and Tommy told LE while he was incarcerated Misty was not home when he began searching for his sister around 9 or so in the evening, when HaLeigh was supposedly sleeping in her bed according to Misty.

Presently I am trying to accommodate the police theory that rc was at work. I know and realize he could have worked eight hours not 11 or 12. Since we have no proof of his hours. I am just trying to start with what we know. We know he went to work, according to LE. We do not know the hours. we do not know when he arrived or when he left. So I am trying to test different scenarios with him being at work during the hours of seven to three am.

All other facts from misty or TN, I am going to discard because both have reason to swing a story.

TN talks as if Ron was cruelly abandoned when no one showed up to go out and continue searching for his daughter one morning. She said Ron stayed in the tent all day and they don't know why no one showed up to help find his daughter. She said Ron begged TM to stay and help and he refused.

Is this information accurate or is TN in shock and unresponsive to what is being said and going on around her?

I think this case hinges on her, to tell you the truth. She wasn't where she said she was, is my opinion. From there, it all goes downhill.

all theories in this case should start with the assumption that not one of them has a concept of what "to tell the whole truth" is. Based on that LE has been stalled not just by Ron or Misty but also TN and GGMS. We only get half truths when these people have issues with each other and they lash out....truly a group of moral midgets. As for their ethics and standards they range from low to none depending on the subject matter. If you took away the beer booze drugs and cigarettes from what they do, you would have the equivalence of a tub of butter

Me too YellowSub. I keep hoping to see "Haleigh's Been Found", but it hasn't happened yet.

I do have a lot of faith though, and I pray everyday that someone will develop a conscious and come forward and she will be found.

I remember this.....very telling IMO.

We also learned about this during the Casey Anthony case. They went into great detail about how one can detect drugs in a child's system, simply by testing a strand of hair. I think most of The Cummings training came from the Casey Anthony case....jmo.
IMO, what they learned is:

-Don't hide a body close to home
-Make sure you clean up everything associated with the crime,down to your car
-Keep cell phone communication to a minimum
-If you take the battery out of the cell phone-you will not be tracked
-After the crime, continue on like nothing has happened
-Get Mark Nejame and TES on your side
-Pretend that you were looking for your child
-Pretend that you want your child found and ask for help
-confuse the police by giving a fake description of what your child was last wearing
-You will need a shovel, plastic bag, and rope or duct tape
-get rid of the vehicle involved in the crime (abandon, sell, give away)
-and watch what you say, your house or phone may be tapped
-watch out for surveillance, it could help or hurt you

Doesn't this sound familiar? Anything else? Anyone?

I think most people who sleuth want to believe in accidents. I have seen this over and over. We don't like to think the unthinkable.

Even if it were an accident, I think there was something else that had to be hidden, which I guess is why getting into drugs keeps coming to my mind.

I'm thinking now it was not intentional but still.

What if the unthinkable was that Haleigh was at The C's and accidently got into HC or HC Jr's or? oxycontin and passed there-supplied earlier by RC?
With the dysfunctional family of blamers- they would ALL be in a heap of trouble, now wouldn't they?
And what sounds like a "group" good idea in a pinch to cover it up, suddenly becomes larger than life?
The only solution? Tight lips everybody.

You might be on to something especially since even with all the "fights" they've still keep their mouth shut.

Or it could be an accident where Haleigh got caught up in an altercation between Ron C and Misty...
I'm not ruling out that Ron C could have been playing BILLYBADAZZ with a gun..threatening Misty or someone else and Haleigh paid the ultimate price due to one of his rageful uncontrollable temper tantrums that are brought on by his desperate need to control others...JMO

Yellow, I know how you feel. I too am frustrated. Being in the dark, we have nothing positive to hang on to. If I can, let me reassure you that something is brewing with this case. I have faith and trust in LE.( Even though I don't like the cop industry) I believe they do have more evidence than we can even imagine. I am sure there are investigator(s) within LE whose only job is to study this case and widen the scope every work day. They are behind the scenes and not giving us one crumb of information. But that doesn't mean they haven't made headway.
Yes. I'm with you, I want to see BREAKING NEWS in big red letters. I can't tell you or the rest of the members here why, but I have a strong feeling something will break soon. Especially on or right before the one year anniversary of Haleigh's disappearance.
Hang in there. You've put too much thought and work into your posts to give up now.

And I feel most certain whatever happened he was there and involved... A gun being involved could very well be the reason Haleigh has not been seen or heard of since last February 9th...But thats just my opinion concerning the subject..JMO

I’m wondering why LE seems to be having such a hard time distinguishing between fact and fiction in this case. We blame the players saying they are all a bunch of liars, and in my opinion they are because eye witnesses conflict with what they have stated, we know Misty failed her polygraph and the rest of this clan endorse what she is saying. How is this so different than other cases that LE all of the country are faced with every day? Of course it’s a game of cat and mouse, but isn’t that what LE is trained to figure out. If they would release what they know, even some of it, WTH we could help. LE doesn’t want any help from anyone, it seems they really don’t care what the public thinks, where is the FBI and FL attorney general. Why no updates? No news conferences, supposedly they told CS something to keep her quiet, so why can’t we know too? LE has stated that they want it to “quiet down”, really? How much more quiet can it get before it’s dead? For all we know it is already, swept under the carpet.

What are they waiting for to make an arrest? I don't think Haleigh is going to just appear. Make an arrest and let the chips fall.

Well, the search out by the Mondex sure got GGM out there in a hurry. I don't recall her breaking land speed records to get to those searches alongside the road near the MH.

BBM: I totally agree with you. The only ruckus being heard is continuous arrests, road rages, robberies, assaults, threats, witness tampering, burgulary, drugs, thefts and anything else concerning Haleigh's father and Uncles, and Haleigh's ex-stepmother and her family. Is LE expecting this bunch to "quiet down"? I think they have a long wait.
