Thought and theories on Jeremy

Those rifles would have been worth a lot more then cell phones.

The "intruder" was very lucky they did'nt get their head blown off or beat with a bat.:maddening:

:seeya: Your post made me think of something :

Put yourself in the "place" of an "intruder" ...

You just happen :innocent: to get inside of a house to "steal" a baby ... window or front door, that doesn't matter -- you're in ...

You "steal" the baby ...

You walk around seeing "what else can you steal" ... :waitasec:

You see cell phones :phone::phone: lying on the kitchen counter ...

Then you see this in the house :

What would you take ? Cell Phones ... or Rifles ...

Makes no sense ... no sense at all ...

A criminal / kidnapper / intruder would have taken the rifles ... not the phones ...

JMO and MOO ...

I'd take the guns, no question about it.

there was no indication that the rifels were there at the time BL went missing, for all we know they could have been in a closet. Cell phones were on a counter and lit well enough to see, and fit in a pocket, rifles and baby a little harder to manage.

I don't question anyone's owning firearms. Hunting, protection, or target practice.

I would assume not for protection, most people keep a handgun for protection, or a home defense shotgun.

I can't tell what kind of guns are in the picture, but it's not something I would want to use in the confines of a home.

I agree. I personally think that Jeremy may have been a lot more concientious about doors being locked before bed, windows secured, etc. He probably went around the house at night (remember, normally he did not work night shift) and turned off lights, locked up, etc. He had been a homeowner for quite some time, things like this probably were second nature to him as opposed to DB. I can see Deb possibly not thinking about locking up, even if she hadn't been drinking. She very likely could have left one or more doors unlocked and not even thought about it, as she wasn't used to being the "light turner offer door locker". KWIM?

Not to mention she was expecting Jeremy home any minute so probably figured why bother. I have done it many times. 'oh he'll lock up when he gets in from his fire call'...and sometimes I have woken up to the door still unlocked and honey not home yet.

As for Jeremy continually mentioning the lights/phones/screen....to him these were unusual things regardless of how they play in the kidnapping of his daughter so I can see him including them in his interviews every time. I think he is just stating the facts of what he noticed when he got home.

Those rifles could have been in a closet and removed when LE searched.

Does Jeremy have any friends? Any one get in touch with people he went to school with? Does he have guy friends? I doubt it. I read one thing and it was his boss who praised his honesty.

The first interview, his eyes where darting at DB the entire time...it was look he couldnt believe her hysterics. All interviews after that, he looked forward or down. He is a weird duck. There is no getting around it. His first statement is the oddest thing I've heard..well..other than Josh Powell's first statement.

I was looking at casenet and these two have money problems and custody issues. I can also tell you that the birthdates get transposed or are incorrect in many entries so you can't dismiss everything on that.. I have contacted more than one courhouse in my time and data clerks make many mistakes on dates of birth.

IMO, both parents have some deep issues. "Somebody who would cheat on her husband"...hmm. I am convinced he was speaking of DB. It's a shame DB won't let him speak more. She must drive him crazy when they are alone. She will now work on the divorce, imo...to get control over one of the things people and Jeremy don't seem to like.

My assessment is that Jeremy is a paranoid and will leave out the rest but it is more than simple paranoid personality, imo. He is cryptic and scary to me.

BBM: I totally agree with the above ...

Jeremy's response of "someone who would cheat on their husb--" is totally "bizarre" ... one of the "strangest" responses I have heard ...

And I agree with your observations of JI and DB in the first few videos of these two that were shown : JMO but Jeremy "appears" to be "disgusted" with her and he appears like he does not even want to touch her ...

And now ... the "latest" we have to go on is their interview with Phil McGraw Show ... One thing I noticed that struck me as "odd" : Jeremy was sitting "in the middle" -- between Debra and Joe Tacopinto -- I thought that was "odd" -- ya would "think" that the mother of the missing baby would be positioned inbetween Jeremy and her attorney ...

So ... Jeremy had Deb on one side, and Joe Tacopinto on the other side of him so that they BOTH could keep Jeremy from "slipping" ... or keep him "in line" ... or what ? ? ?

Jeremy IS the weakest link ...

MOO ...

:seeya: Oh lonetraveler -- please post more often !

Hi there yourself.

The seating arrangement was indeed strange. Very unusual for two males to sit together with the only female sitting on the outside. I think it is very unfortunate that Jeremy was not polygraphed for I believe that you are correct in thinking that Jeremy is the weak link. Time will tell.

JMO and MOO ...

I've never seen a rifle propped barrel down like that, strange.

Funny how Jeremy offered up DB for polygraphing but avoided it himself. I will forecast he will never and would never have submitted to a poly. He is way too paranoid to do such a thing. If he isn't involved in Lisa's demise, DB should be scared to death to be alone in the house with him...as he is the suspicious type and DB would be the first in line for his wrath.

imo, he has to have a handle on what went down in that house regarding Lisa. DB is able to keep him calm...but it is a matter of time before he explodes.

BBM : The 9-1-1 call has NOT been released ... now WHY won't LE release it ? 9-1-1 calls are public record in MOST states ... WHY won't LE release this particular 9-1-1 call ?

RBBM: Repsectfully I totally disagree ... that 9-1-1 has "something" in it -- otherwise, LE would have just released it ...

LE has been -- and continues to be :silenced:

JMO but there is "something" in Jeremy's 9-1-1 call that LE does NOT want released to the public -- and it is probably something that will aid in their investigation ...

Again JMO ... but 9-1-1 calls are VERY IMPORTANT -- they are used in courtrooms all the time ...

:please: I sure wish LE would release this call because IMO, it will give some "clues" as to what Jeremy's initial reaction was regarding his "involvement" -- or lack of involvement ...

JMO and MOO and all that ...

:seeya:

In the Ramsey case, the audio of the 911 call wasn't released until 2003. However, a transcript was released (I think) around 2000. Can you imagine waiting until 2018 to hear the 911 call in the Irwin case? :what: I wonder why the calls are released immediately in some cases, and in others, it takes years or never at all?
