Is Jason working? Is he still living with his parents? Surely, he is wracking his brain that he didn't leave any evidence for them to arrest him. He must be going over the details over and over again in his mind. I hope that it's driving him crazy. It would cause me to have a nervous breakdown. But, then again, I'm not murderer.

In the end, all this time may help the prosecution with those little details that tend to be forgotten as time goes by. He'll slip up somewhere sometime.

I've heard several boyfriends and a husband of some missing or murdered women recently speak to the media about their loved one. They are dying to get information out to the masses, and continually thank the tv host for allowing them to speak.

Shame on you, Jason, for not doing the same for Michelle. Shame on your family for perpetuating the myth of your innocence over a dead woman's body.

Isn't SC quite a hike from Brevard? Michelle Money was supposed to be moving there from Florida. I wonder where?

I'll take a guess and say LE is showing his pic in hope of a tip now that there is finally a reward offered. Never understood why they didn't do that in the beginning along with a pic of his vehicle.

 I go to an OB/GYN in Greenville S.C. I don't take hormone replacements. Thank God.....What an awful thought to run into him in my town.......

Greenville SC is < 50 miles from Brevard.
MM and SM moved to Myrtle Beach SC (> 300 miles from Brevard)

Jason is selling HRT meds? Oh, give me a break. He's making visits to the area ob/gyn offices!!! ? I thought he was selling diabetic meds a couple of months ago. Scarey thoughts.

Wonder how many of his ' clients ' saw the local news last night?
Or saw the local Brevard newspaper today? Nice article about JY, the murder victims hubby, " moving on with his life " in the mountain community!

I think JY truely has HIS hell on earth ... right now.
Wonder if he's enjoying all of his freedom?

Sweetmop, does the local paper put articles on line? If not, can you quote a larger section? Who was interviewed?

I'd sure like to read it!

TIA

Hi Taximom, Thanks for that thought. Even if he has a reason to stay silent, he has certainly shown himself as Cold as Ice to not acknowledge her in death, or their baby boy. She must have really loved him.

God bless the memory of Michelle and what she was to so many wonderful people, and to her little baby boy. I know Justice lies ahead and will come. But we still have to think of Michelle for what she was as a person and be thankful she was here. Serious, dedicated, full of passion for life, fun to be with and a loving mother and wife I am sure. What a gal she was. She holds a special place in my heart. xoxoxoxo Scandi

JY's silence speaks loudly of who and what is most important to him. Sadly, it isn't Michelle, or the brutal manner in which her life, and that of their unborn son was taken, or of how his daughter was left alone with the bloody corpse of her beloved mother, whom she stood beside, and into whose blood she repeatedly stepped and tracked about the house.

JY's lack of cooperation with LE, especially in view of the heinous manner of Michelle's death, and the fright and trauma Cassidy must have experienced, is so exceedingly perplexing and shocking, that it is incriminating by its very nature. Where is the outrage any innocent and grieving husband and father would be expressing that this case is yet unsolved? JY has expressed none of this and has continually refused to cooperate with LE.

I have every confidence that although justice is delayed, it will not be denied for Michelle, her baby boy, and all who love and miss her earthly presence.

I found this interesting in light of your post:

"In many ways, Jenna Nielsen’s family is a case-study on how families cope with violence in the 21st century. They refuse to sit back and wait while investigators try to solve the case. They are aggressively pursuing every avenue possible to do what they can to help."

The main difference - the murder of Jenna Nielsen was a random act, Michelle's murder was not according to LE. I wonder what the case study is for the families of victim's whose murders were not random - are we seeing it through Michelle and her unborn son's murder ? The contrast is amazing isn't it ?

excerpt from jason's brevardian friend:

"What they are really saying is that since Jason does not appear on the tv talk and news shows, sobbing and crying and showing his anger, he must be guilty. forpsy.

Actually, the posters don't know if and how often Jason expresses his anger, his frustration, his grief. But since it doesn't happen on tv, they assume it doesn't happen. For them, the media defines reality. Even if someone said, "I see his anger every time I talk with him," the posters would demand a link to a media source."

jason expresses his anger all right, it's just that he uses a heavy object to do it and results in someone ending up dead w/ their teeth scattered around a room.

i'd be very careful around jason, expecially when he is expressing his anger.

There is a stark and striking difference in the way Jenna's family reacted, taking a proactive role, and the way JY and his family are deafeningly silent and laid back throughout this horror. To have entered the house amid the bloody crime scene, knowing Cassidy was with her bludgeoned mother's corpse, trying to fix her boo boos with band aids, is heart-wrenching and should have create enough moral outrage to stir this family. Yet, it hasn't. I find that very strange.

Yes, the nearly 9 months of TOTAL silence by the family of JY is very telling.

Yes, the nearly 9 months of TOTAL silence by the family of JY is very telling. As AL says, "very strange".

I couldn't do it. I don't care what any lawyer says. I couldn't remain silent until the killer of the one I loved was arrested. Even if he didn't love her anymore, you would hope that he loved his unborn son. To remain silent is conscioustness of guilt. I'm sorry. There is no other explanation.

No heart-wrenching. No moral outrage. Just "business as usual."
