I am wondering if the accused ever attended the Ertefa Car Meets, and if there is a connection between the gotass girls, and the motive for 1 or 2 of the murders, specifically, the truck angle.

http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=ertefa

Some of his stuff was taken at a car show and that first video definitely looks like the same two girls that were with him in some as well. But I think I'm missing your connection between the girls and the truck.

On his Instagram there is a tattoo that reads "Bad *****es Gang" and a message signed "the Original BBG".

Makes me wonder if MS was caught spraypainting "BBG" on some Oakville overpass.

That is, all of a sudden, I am very curious what message MS had to share with the world, on some Oakville overpass.

I am amazed at what people share on Instagram.

Blatant.

If you do a FB search, it appears the BBG may be the girls who "pose" with the money, shoes and champagne.

There is an interesting message in a graphic form from over 22w ago on Krucifix 14 Instagram saying that Krucifix is "in da bin". If you read the comments it looks like they are alluding to getting hit up or dealt drugs while.he is still in jail. I wonder how involved LE is in following SM for these types of criminals.

Sent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk

"Hit me up" also means to call. One said to hit him up because he had a letter to give him from jail.

MWJ interview. His accent and speech pattern switches back and forth throughout the interview. He seems to be trying really hard to get some street cred. A bit like DM and MS. I'd love to know more about MWJs background. Is he from an upper middle class family? The hyphenated last name would suggest it to me.
Interesting comment by Realtalk about the woman in the video. There is so much scum in the world.

BBM Agree and right here on our doorstep. I believe much of it stems from illegal drugs. MOO.

The hyphenated last names could also be because the parents were not married and gave their child(ren) both parents last names. Some parents must really wonder where they went wrong in raising their children. JMHO. I love reading the comments people post on some of these videos.

I also know married people but wife keeps her own surname

Yes that also.

Can you imagine Joe Blow- Smith marries Jane Doe-Brown and they have a child and name it Joe Junior Doe-Brown-Blow-Smith. Take pity on the generations to follow

Just bringing forward the fact that DM was on his STEAM gaming site on the same day he killed Tim Bosma. Not sure if he was on before or after the murder. ABro mentioning the Joe Warmington article with the police "source" r.e social media playing a big role in this crime and involving a close-knit group of friends reminded me of his DIR3N33D account. Thrill kill, eh?

Laura Babcock’s body not recovered in Ontario

The coroner’s office would only confirm that no remains were uncovered and examined in Ontario. It could not comment on the possibility her remains were found in another province or country.

Taken out of context it seems telling or questionable IMO. But if you read the whole article I believe it's merely stating the writer of the article contacted the Ontario coroner's office questioning as to whether they received any remains of LB's and they are stating they had not. The writer then further questioned, (but left that out of the writing IMO), if her body or remains were found in another province or country, would they be sent to the Ontario lab for examination. Which prompted further speculation her remains may have been found in another province or country.

It's like taking this bit of information and reading into it DM or MS probably divulged information on where to find her remains. Media sensationalizing at its best IMHO.

“It could be an important part of the investigation or they want to ensure they haven’t tainted any witnesses, or perhaps they have a statement from an accused,” said Brown.

As stated in a couple other writings, I don't think LE found any remains, just traces of her DNA or other evidence, but that's JMO. Had she been found, she would have been released to her family just as TB was. There would be no reason what so ever to hold onto her remains as physical evidence here or in any other province or country.

I see the purchase of the incinerator was a means to dispose of her. Why go through all the inconvenience of transporting remains anywhere, prompting questions, investigations or raising red flags at any border. DM had the perfect set up right there on the farmland. Again MOO.

Why is security camera video still so terrible?
Storage space and camera placement hampering video quality and police investigations

By Adam Carter, CBC News Posted: Feb 20, 2014 12:13 PM ET Last Updated: Feb 20, 2014 12:24 PM ET

But good video is hard to find — and Plaxton would know, because he’s seen a lot of it. As Hamilton police’s only certified forensic video analyst (and one of only 40 in the world) he pored over 16,449 security camera videos last year on non-major crimes like shoplifting and robbery alone. The investigation into the disappearance of Ancaster’s Tim Bosma brought in over 10,000 video files just on that one case.

“There’s so much video now. I’m a one man shop here and I can’t keep up with it,” he said.

Let's hope there's a lot of valuable footage on them. That's a hefty load.

Yes, that's correct. Unless they are going to arrest you or have grounds to detain you, you are free to walk away. And if they are going to arrest you, all the more reason to say nothing until you speak to a lawyer.

If watching countless episodes of The First 48 Hours has taught me anything, it's not to say a single word to the cops if you are involved in something. But I don't think there is any crime against that. I believe that she must have aided or abetted DM in an effort to leave the country or simply elude police. However, I don't think LE would come down on a young, love struck schoolgirl as hard as they did for simply hiding his whereabouts. I believe they think she is much more involved than she is saying and they simply have no evidence. I believe there was a good chance she was the driver that dropped DM and MS at TBs house. But unless any of those people start talking it will be impossible to prove.

I suspect that they do have evidence with respect to CN aiding and abetting DM. It may not be video but I suspect that it exists in the form of texts, emails and perhaps voice messages. I also suspect that the longer some criminals get away with their crimes, the more they start to feel invincible and arrogant and get sloppy.

Recently, I had an employee who had been committing fairly large scale theft. This person was a senior member of our team and had intimate knowledge of security systems as well as the company's IT systems and backups. It started with minor things going missing, shipments not arriving to eventually a break in. This person had the information required to cover their tracks. Because the theft was over $500k the city LE turned it over to the RCMP. For 3 months I had to let on to my employee that I suspected nothing until the investigation was complete. I was amazed at the end when we got to see the evidence how intricate his plan was yet how a few sloppy slip ups was his undoing. Normally we would need to go to him to ghost access email accounts and voice mail after employees left the company. Due to his arrogance it never occurred to him that we might go behind his back and access all of his exchanges in real time. I kind of suspect that DM may have been arrogant enough to believe that he was above the law.

Oh I agree that they have evidence of aiding and abetting. The thing is that its not really the type of charge that you see laid that often, especially against a very young school girl student. The fact that she is still in jail is even more baffling! My guess is that LE is certain she knows something. These charges have been laid in an effort to turn on her friends. I believe her parents are probably cooperating with LE by refusing to post bond for her unless she talks.

You are probably right ..... I am also thinking on May 9th she may have been conspiring with DM to manufacture an alibi for him .... eg: ... "DM was with me the whole evening of May 6th and could not have done it"

Maybe LE unearthed text messages or something in that regard.

I think she might be right where she wants to be ... well the safest place for her right now anyways ... If this is as involved as it looks like it might be. If anyone hasnt yet read through the MWJ thread (the guy who sold DM the gun for the WM killing), please take the time to do so. This case is getting more and more involved by the minute. Some crazy s$*t!

I think that might be why no bail request as of yet...

JMO of course :)

She hasn't even been given the opportunity to post bond. Her lawyer has disclosure, but has not applied for bail. Must have received some pretty damning evidence.

She's not a school girl, she's was a university student.

You don't think LE had wiretaps on CN from ever prior to 6/6/2013, when LE publicly cleared her of involvement, until she was picked up on 4/10/2014? DM tried to contact her repeatedly. LE knew she wasn't a threat, so they left her on the outside so that they could intercept messages between her and DM.

LE played this gang of fools once again.

http://www.annrbrocklehurst.com/201...-today-on-charges-he-murdered-his-father.html

Dellen Millard will make a brief procedural appearance by video in Toronto court today to speak to the charges that he murdered his father, Wayne. There’s unlikely to be any real news so to speak, maybe just a tidbit or two about whether the Crown has yet provided any disclosure.

On Thursday of this week, MIllard, Smich and Noudga will all make procedural appearances in Hamilton court. Noudga has still not applied for bail and it will be interesting to see if her lawyers will reveal any new information about her intent. She’s now been in jail for more than two months.

Well my daughter is entering 2nd year at the same school as CN and she's still a kid IMO. And, if her parents tell her they will not help her raise bail money, is there any point in even applying? As you said, she is not a threat, and that is the measure that would decide if bail is considered, not the evidence against her. She is innocent until proven guilty remember. And if a cooperative Karla Homolka got bail, I don't see any reason why CN wouldn't.
