It bears reminding that we, on the internet, have never yet been made privy to exactly what reports may have been made or what communications may have taken place between TM, LE, or w/e subsequent calls to other agencies may have occurred.
What ought to scare all of us are reports that homicidal threats may have been made in the presence of a child. If accurate it is the child's wellbeing and safety which may be "damaged, and I applaud any efforts--by however many people it takes--to advocate for Junior and have this properly investigated. Better safe than sorry, if LE and DFS determine there are neither any unsafe weapons in the home, nor otherwise any basis for concern; if they are as convinced as some here that TM just "cooked up" these allegations, then there will be no finding of fault and Junior allowed to remain. TM has an excellent reputation tho and they obviously believe the concerns warrant a closer examination of Junior's environment. And I'm certain if DCF hasn't listened to TM before, they will now. But if the concerns are warranted then everyone should be thankful if there are any precautions or steps which can be taken to improve Junior's welfare. JMO
