And I think it is only a stretch to continue to include him when he has an alibi because it fits a theory. Sorry, but come on... Dry drowning and the rest of it?

I will continue to argue that whatever happened to Haleigh happened between the hours of 8:00pm - 3:00am while Ronald was KNOWN to be at work and could not have anything to do with her disappearance until there is some proof (which I have not seen one thing yet). LE doesn't know when something took place with Haleigh between THOSE hours specifically and are not saying something happened before then at all. No, they don't know what crime was committed or when...but they do know they have 8 hours in question for the crime...whatever it is...to have occurred! The result is Haleigh is gone.

I would contend that HaLeigh disappeared between 10-12.

Misty's truths could start with where Haleigh is.......MO If she is being told what to say and do per RC (which is my opinion), once she is away from him and the family, she could start with where Haleigh is. At least we could accomplish that!!

My guess is the person who "came forward" with such a tip had no real knowledge if she was at home or not. (I can well imagine what group reported that one.) If it was an actual witness, they would have treated it differently. Evidently, they cannot find anything to substantiate it and why they have asked for others to provide them with proof. They cannot put her in jail because of a rumor.

Misty herself says in one of her videos (either poly/vsa/other) that she was not there that weekend prior to Haleigh disappearing.

The key words are PRIOR TO.

I want to know what happened PRIOR TO RC going to work??

you are correct debs...this video http://www.wftv.com/video/20601690/index.html

Misty says she was gone for the weekend. Doesn't mention drugs or usage over that weekend. Oddly enough I just finished listening to this video again to be clear on the gun conversation. Misty goes into great detail about the gun and RC directing here where to look for the gun after it comes up missing. Don't any-one have a heart attack but I believe the entire account of looking for the gun. At 12:47 in link above is where she states RC is on the phone telling her where to look.

Misty doesn't use the word prior she states she was gone for the weekend and brought up being gone for the weekend when she was asked about the blankets. She made it clear that she was gone for the weekend and the blanket smelled like pee when she got back. ( I think she is removing herself from being around when Haleigh pee'd the blanket) She washed her blanket and Haleigh's blanket that she always uses. Do we know for sure what time Misty got back to 202 Green Lane after her weekend away?

Haleigh did not go missing on the weekend so what difference does it make if Misty was gone or not? None. Zip. Zero. Nada. The only important part is where she was late evening and early morning during the hours in question which is exactly what LE is requesting...proof she was not home during THOSE particular hours. (During the time Ronald was at WORK.)

I think that it make a big difference on what went on prior to Haleigh missing, weather it be during the time RC WAS or WAS NOT at work. Anything leading up to her missing is very important. What went on between RC and MC prior to RC going to work could contain all the details that are needed.....even if it means the weekend....

and, need I remind you, LE stated they do not know WHEN or from WHERE Haleigh went missing. Last non family member to see her alive was when she got off the school bus. There has been no confirmation of a live and healthy Haleigh that LE has confirmed after that time. So "He was at work" just doesn't absolve him of involvement at all, IMO.

As in the days before. She admits she was gone the weekend before Haleigh disappeared. It is not a rumor.

I am sure that was nice weekend with the kids for Ron, all quiet and peaceful- not-

I hope Jr and Haleigh were not around Ron that weekend, maybe they were at Annettes, does anyone know?

IMHO It is not Tm credibility that is the issue. It is the way he has gone about providing that help. Kinda funny Ron and Misty have a different version of events and they are considered the liars because this Gentleman has more credibility. It sounds as if Ron and Misty have no chance at all to prove their innocence. If all this Ron and Misty hunt had been profitable we would of already had HaLeigh! Oh yea, IMO.

I wholeheartedly disagree with this post. IMO

Y'all crack me up. That's a good one... BWAH!

Right up there with "crank Hank" (Sorry couldn't resist)

(I'll be in hell if you need me.)

:-)

Right up there with "teflon Ron"...

I am not going to speak for anyone else, but i do not recall much conversation about where the children were that weekend. We only know that MC wasn't at that MH.

I think it is very important what went on the days, and weeks, for that matter. Being we are only given bits and pieces at a time and we have to fill in the rest of the blanks.

I just keep thinking that the rat incident is much more related than not. JMO

What I am trying to get to the bottom of SS is when Misty came back to 202 Green Lane? She says she was gone over the weekend. February 9th was a Monday. So did she come back on Sunday night? Monday Morning? I would have to guess( I hate doing that) Sunday night because she states that she got up on the 9th and they had to drive to Welaka to get an outfit for Haleigh. Then they dropped her off at school. Then they went back home and had a nap til about 12...or so she says. Didn't she smell the pee in the bedroom at this point? She waited all day to wash the blankets? Her and RC were sleeping....was JR? Jr must sleep an awful lot cause he was still sleeping when Haleigh got off the bus after 3pm. Perhaps JR wasn't tired at 8:00 pm after sleeping all darn day and that is why he saw something on the couch? Or maybe Haleigh saw something too....according to RC?

When did RC notice his gun was missing and when did he send Misty to look for it? Why was Misty gone for the weekend?

Also, at some point she went to visit her father in the hospital, was that Sunday or Monday?

I had to go and look for this original post cause I couldn't believe my eye-balls. texasmommy, what way are you referring to that Tim Miller has gone about providing the help? Your post is very confusing to me, I am sorry. It was Ronalds mother that begged Tim for help because she was afraid that Misty was going somewhere and they were going to lose her.

What is so funny about Ronald and Misty having different versions of the events? That is not funny at all. It is heartbreaking. The truth cannot be told in two versions Mommy. And of course Ronald and Misty have every chance in the world to prove their innocence. Neither one of them is behind bars and LE has not accused them of anything. For goodness sakes TN and Ronald are the ones that asked for Misty to be looked into.....

Didn't GGS state Misty was there on Sunday night when they spent the time talking and making up?
