At 7:34, Misty says, "And then people said that was a red truck that supposedly come and got Haleigh."

I wonder who these "people" are. Has anyone else heard about a red truck prior to Misty's "relevations" ?

Also, I noticed that Misty has an odd facial movement at times. Looking at her, the left side of her upper lip raises very high - higher, even than Elvis' used to. I saw it when she was talking about the truck. Anyone else see that ?

You know i was thinking about the truck. There is a picture in the media thread, that shows the MH and in front of it there was a red jeep. I know that i said jeep, but often people refer to them as trucks, even SUVs are referred to as trucks. So who did that truck belong to? I am going to go to the media and post the pic i am talking about...brb

ETA: why is it everytime i have a "find" i can't find what i am looking for. I know there is a still shot of the front of the MH with a red jeep in front of it, but after watching NG video (b/c that is where i saw it the other night when i was watching) all of them, i don't see it.

I have thought a great deal about this very comment that I made and would like to say after more thought My opinion is that TM's actions are out of character and he must have a purpose to put his self out there like that with this type of information and exclusively for TJHart.
Elle1919 Imvho :blowkiss: Ron and Misty are innocent. TN and TM have a reason for their actions and I am sure it will be of some help to the investigation. It has been 7 months and we have heard all the carp about Misty and Ron and no proof, no arrest and no new (groud breaking) information. My theory is that this complex investigation is going in the right direction and we will get the truth from LE when they make an arrest.
Ron is cooperating with LE and he believes his wife Misty that is something that stands alone and says alot.
IMVHO the way or means of achieving something is a KEY definition and the truth will be revealed soon about all these players and their agendas and ultimate goals.

Actually, I have not heard all this other information about Ronald and Misty or Kristina before. See, I only read here at Ws and once in a great while I will go to the AH site to read what someone is commenting about. We agree that Tim Miller would not put himself and his reputation on the line without good reason. I happen to think that reason is to call out.....IN PUBLIC.....the people who are supposed to have Haleigh's best interests at heart....he brought something that was being talked about behind closed doors, into the light. What is that?.....Teresa feeling doubtful about Misty. and sheesh there is nothing wrong with that. If Teresa would have explored her doubts months ago we could have gotten past all this months ago and had more focus.

But everyone lied. TN stated that Misty was a wonderful mother to her grandchildren, look nobody is perfect and I don't expect perfection from Misty. I do however expect the truth. If they would have all been honest people wouldn't have to go digging around for the answers. You and I are never going to agree texasmommy, because I know that in your heart you believe that Crystal's family is behind Haleigh's abduction. I do not. I will never think that Crystal knows anything about this. But, surprise....I don't know that RC is guilty either. I am still digging. What I do know is that Ronald is lying about two arguments...why? Everyone argues...it's no big deal. Why the cover up?

by the way...I don't mind that we won't ever agree about Crystal, On any other thread I am sure we would agree about many things. :crazy:

I keep seeing they are all lairs. So far all I have heard was that Misty flunked her test and isnt telling the truth. So yes Misty could very well be lieing. Only other fact in this case I heard beside that is that Crystal has been charged with filing false report with LE and is on record.Yea I know supposely not in this case but it still proves she has lied to LE before doesnt matter why. Misty refers to Haleigh's blanket smelling like pee 4 times in 14 sec ! Also, she says she washed her blanket and Haleigh's blanket - nothing about a taking down and washing a blanket hanging on the window.

If Misty had been in the house all day, I am surprised that she didn't know the blanket smelled like pee before she was putting Haleigh to bed that night. It must have happened the night before or earlier, so why was it just discovered then?

Also, I think the purpose of the family wanting Misty to do the tests was that they thought she could go in there and put the blame on her three people, someone from Crystal's family, cousin Joe, and brother Tommy, and she would pass with flying colors. She probably thought LE would change course immediately and stop questioning her or the rest of the family. I think it was a setup from day one, but Tim Miller wasn't the one trying to manipulate it. Misty was supposed to clear them all with her statements.

Exactly what I asked in my post above. Misty recalls that after Haleigh went to school, RC and her and RJ slept till 12 noon.....she had to have smelled the pee then right? or maybe she smelled it when she was rousing RJ from his nap before bedtime.

Well if Kristina is to be believed Misty could not have been at GGS on Sunday night. Misty was however talking to Ronald on the phone and they kept hanging up on each other. I think I could safely draw the conclusion that Misty did in fact go to Ronalds house early, early after 4 am on Sunday morning. That would explain why everyone was so sleepy and stayed in bed until 12 o'clock the next day while Haleigh was in school.

It sounds to me like there are a few people who lost track of time. I wonder why.
Also, how in the world are we expected to believe that Misty's weekend is not connected to the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings?

IMVHO it is conected and the players have all been revealed because they have played a role ,but, no one (?) has linked them to who had the motive to use Misty and turn the circumstances into someones benifit.

Or, maybe a one of those "Nanny Cams" and Crystal can remotely download the video/audio. That's why she doesn't know exactly what time Haleigh's bus comes. The only info the "Nanny Cam" has caught about that is Misty saying, "Time to wake up Jr. We've got to Sissy soon. I see a 3 on the clock."

I respect your position and say yes we could posssible agree on other things :blowkiss:. I feel that teamwork is our common need here even though we are all of different opinions. I truely believe LE and the other agencies involved are going to solve this case and TM is a willing tool that will be used to get what LE wants. As far as all the side drama going on the more we hear the more pieces will fall into place and soon the puzzle will be solved. The fact that Ron is innocent and he stands behind his wife is something that doesn't make sence if the Cummings family believes she is guilty. Something is just not right with all this new drama and the way it all has been handled and reported and LE reactions. I feel the web has been spun and the spider is waiting for the fly to ..................

MY Opinion is she did obtain the information she needed to act. The fact that WE are not allowed to discusse certain individuals I have to type carefully. LOL the women that Ron has chose are the conection and if you really think about it and the common denominator (revenge) it can make some sence. CS had no problem with anyone elses age while they where with RON, but, Misty is sacrificed over it. Ron made a bad choice with the last girlfriend ,but, nothing was done by CS then and look at the current circumstances with this young women now.
Has anybody confirmed that any of the associates that Misty hung out with that weekend had been in the Cummings MH previously?

not that I am aware of....The only family that I know of that still lives in Satsuma is her father right? Even I can admit he seems to be a few apples short of a pie. But....Crystal does not have knowledge of where Haleigh is in my opinion. So if someone in her family has knowledge of that evening, I just find it very difficult to believe that all this in-fighting was going on at the same time. The gun fight, the pregnancy fight, Misty gone for the weekend, I mean look I really think there is a better chance that an RSO or even a sex offender that is unknown to police could have went into that trailer and took advantage of the situation. And let us not forget about Cousin JOE. He hightailed awful quick out of Satsuma when LE came callin'. This can't all be coincidence.

Well, I don't have any proof one way or another but my common sense says that when people are saying two things that mean the opposite of each other, one or the other has to be untrue, if not both. Of course, there are "honest mistakes", and "differences of personal interpretation", and "misinformation" if you don't like the technical term lies.

For example, if person A says he/she believes that person B is the greatest thing since sliced bread and would never do anything to hurt a child and wouldn't lie either, so there! And person A also says that they believe that person B is lying and had something to do with it. Can both be true at the same time? Or if person A says there was a fight, and person B says there wasn't a fight. Or if person A says person B passed her LDTs when in fact B didn't, did person A tell a lie or did someone else tell him/her one?

Another example: Did Ron lie on TV when he stated on NG the other night that he wasn't concerned that Misty had flunked her polygraphs, and that he supports her completely until he gets delivered some proof that she lies about anything? IMO he had better be lying about not being concerned because it's just unnatural for any parent not be concerned about information with potential serious consequences regarding the fate of their child. The only reasons that I can think of that would make the first part about unconcern about the epic fail is if he set her up to fail and achieved the desired result, either because he wants to sleuth her out and get her arrested finally or frame her as a scapegoat. But in that case the other part about supporting her totally was a lie...

There just are times when you can't have it both ways and you must either eat the cake or lie about it.

I ment her buddies she partied with. Joe was cleared along time ago. Elle 1919 have you read everything here at ws on this case? Not inferring anything other than you missed some vital information that has been discussed, debated and argued to death. LOL
The fact is LE believes someone came into the home and TOOK HaLeigh and HaLeigh is still alive. What theory do you think they are operating on if they are under this belief?
