Just in case you can't open the link here is the narrative, the theft occurred after Haleigh went missing and I had originally wondered about the timing of the arrest as well, seems soon after one of the Croslins gets taken in for questioning another one is arrested for something. I thought perhaps it was Misty that told Detective Taylor that Tommy stole a gun from Mr Martin but the witness on the police report is Lisa Croslin.

INVESTIGATIVE DETAILS:
On August 25, 2009, I made contact with Marvin (M.P.) Martin, at his residence located at 204 Sunglow Ave. I
advised Mr. Martin I had received information that he was possibly the victim of a theft form his residence.
Mr. Martin told his pistol had been stolen, but he had gotten back. I asked Mr. Martin to explain the
circumstances of the theft.
Mr. Martin advised me Hank Sr. and Lisa Croslin used to live next door to him, and he had remained friendly with
the family even after they had moved away. Mr. Martin was unable to tell me the exact day the theft occurred but
he believed it was possibly last Wednesday or Thursday (08-19-09 or 08-20-09), Lisa Croslin and Hank Croslin Jr.
had come over to his residence to use his telephone, which they did often, due to the fact there telephone at
there residence had been turned off.
Mr. Martin advised me he noticed his firearm, a Colt Army Special .38 caliber revolver missing from his bedroom,
either on Friday or Saturday he was unsure. Mr. Martin told me he called Timmy Croslin residence, the son of
Lisa Croslin. I asked Mr. Martin where Timmy Croslin lived. Mr. Croslin told me he was not sure, he only knew it
was somewhere in New Jersey. I looked through Mr. Martin's caller identification phone and located a number
he believed belonged to Timmy Croslin (774) 268-9166, but he was unsure. Mr. Martin told me he spoke with
Timmy's wife; he was unable to remember her name. Mr. Martin stated he told her "I know either Lisa or Hank
stole my gun and I want it back." I asked Mr. Martin why he was so sure one of them had stolen the firearm. Mr.
Martin told me they had been the only ones inside his residence, and he has not been anywhere since they had
been at his residence.
I asked Mr. Martin how he got the firearm back. Mr. Martin told me about two hours after he made the call, to
Timmy Croslin's wife, Lisa and Hank Croslin Sr. arrived at his house and returned the firearm to him. I asked Mr.
Martin who he thought had stolen his firearm, Lisa or Hank Jr .. Mr. Croslin said that Lisa told him that Hank Jr.
Had stolen the firearm, but he was not sure which one of them had stolen the firearm.
In view of the above listed information, this investigation is deemed cleared pending. Further reports will be
rendered on a timely basis, if and when deemed warranted.

IIRC Hank and Lisa went to TN after that and then the stolen check came through Mr Martin's bank account. That's when Lisa got a free ride back to FL to the graybar motel.

Um, no Whisp. Hank & Lisa were the ones listing Magnolia as their address on the hospital lien. I still think Tim & Chelsea were on Paradise Shores road north of Crescent City.

Tonight on the JVM show, Chelsea stated she lived about three miles from Green Lane.

I plugged in Magnolia in Satsuma and it is listed as the San Mateo Area and is less than three miles (barely)

That rules out the paradise Shores location...im my mind. I also think Lisa and Hank stayed with them at one time if not up until feb 9, 2009.

This episode with Chelsea is a wealth of info. The broadcast starts out stating Chelsea lived in Satsuma at the time of the crime and she did not dispute....sure enough it looks that way. This changes an awful lot of things.

I am also curious about Chelsea's time at the bus stop observing rc picking up Haleigh. We now have six adults there with numerous cars for two kids.

If Chelsea lived out towards San Mateo, that knocks out theories of JO dropping off Haleigh close to the home of timmy and chelsea or his way home from misty's.

This location is opposite from Shell Blvd. So they went way out of their way with the van if the van was used by them. Who was the fishing buff in this group of Misty, Tommy, JO?

We know rc fished and had a jon boat and his Granny did Crab fishing for twenty years...but do we know the hx of the others and the habits at Shell Harbor? Granny lived out that way but it looks like LE has eliminated rc. So what brings these three to Shell Harbor. There are a thousand other places. Coincidence again...Oh my!

By the look on chelsea's face, I say it was the 9th. But what in the heck was she doing there?

Remember with the Haleigh case, we had a map of all the residences at the time of the crime. I know I only had about three addys with this case but as we are gaining kge, a map may be helpful.

I have to get this computer up to speed but I was never good at doing the map thing. I can read maps well but I cant fiddle with them.

This addy of Chelsea and tim on Magnolia in Satsuma is immediately off of hwy 17. So misty could have babysat either brother's kids on Feb 9 with ease...I wonder which place Nay dropped her off at. both places are convenient for rc to stop by on his way to or from work..

I'm very leery of Chelsea. I'm not even sure whether to believe her about the van being moved or newly scratched. She may be throwing Joe under the bus to protect Timmy and making claims she thinks will help LE zero in on Joe, since Timmy was 'supposedly' in bed with her.

These people have massive yards...not used to seeing property like that. We have postage-sized yards here with fences around them...

What I don't understand about Chelsea is she can't seem to figure out why she is involved in all this...lol.

She is the one who put out about the van being moved and damaged the night Haleigh disappeared. She also added she thinks she knows who might be responsible for the damage and more. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know why LE is interested...not that I would ever accuse them of such a thing.

Chelsea was also involved in the fight and charges misty brought to Amber's mother. I always got the impression Chelsea and misty were tight. You have to be close if you are willing to physically beat up another person for someone.

To answer your question about the fishing buff..I can't see any of them being outdoorsy, unless Misty learned to like it from Ron, who picked it up from GGS, ETC...He may have taken Misty & the kids fishing. Did Timmy like to fish? I think he's from Mass or somewhere like that, but he could've picked it up after moving to Florida. They may have all taken their kids for fun. I remember Linsey saying, (anniversary article), that they all used to hang out @ the beach, so maybe they liked being around water, especially if they had access to a boat.
