I just think that Timmy was called upon that night by both Misty and Ron, I don't know what his involvement is, but IMO, he fits in this story somewhere. Both Misty and Ron claim Timmy was awake around 1am...I'm wondering if this is the time that Timmy was called in to help? around 1am..IMO, there was alot going on around this time in the morning. And Timmy did seem to be Misty's go-to-brother when in need. If Timmy was scared to go back to Florida, fearing he might get locked up...then I would assume that, that is the same reason that he left...fear of being locked up. If he had absolutely nothing to do with Haleigh disappearing, why the fear??

IMO, there is something going on here between Misty, Ron, and Timmy. And that's one of the reasons that I don't believe Jo is involved. I don't think he was included in the plan because although he is a member of the Croslin family, Jo was not apart of their circle, so to speak. IMO, there had to be a certain amount of trust amongst the ones recruited to help cover up what happened to Haleigh...And with Ron being as paranoid as he is, I don't think he would've trusted Jo with information about what happened to Haleigh...he didn't really know him.

I beleive the piece removed from the wall of the master bath was the small door that covered the electrical wiring to the motor home. (master switches). All three Croslin men were drywall finishers. Timmy and Crystal were very close with Misty. Misty lived with them on and off. Before Haleigh and Ron, the elder Croslins threw Misty, Tim and Crystal out of their home on Magnolia..

I have been searching all morning for that old interview with Chelsea where she talks about when she was notified of Haleigh missing. Still no luck. :banghead:

Ronald had filed a harassment complaint against Timmy, for calling him.
Chelsea in this interview claims she would of noticed if Joe left her home and feels Joe has nothing to do with Haleigh's disappearance. Hmm....:waitasec:
She also claims she is a light sleeper and Misty is a heavy sleeper.

Can someone please tell me why would Misty's lawyer be confiding in Chelsea? Is this not a breach of confidentiality between client and lawyer? Obviously Misty had no clue this took place until Chelsea told her.....hummmm

I am hoping Chelsea is lying about this! Sounds to me like Chelsea is afraid of letting Cobra get ahold of Misty, so she had to scare Misty into not talking with Cobra, since Mistys first words were "get Cobra" .... wonder what Chelsea is afraid of??

I don't know if others do this but I'm the baby with two older sisters and two older brothers. When talking about them individuallly, I always say "oldest" and "older" to distinguish them.

My oldest brother and oldest sister are the oldest of the boys/girls. My older brother and older sister are the younger ones of the boys/girls that are older than me.

So when Misty says "older" I think of Timmy because he is older but not the oldest who is Tommy.

Exactly when and how did she get it on Monday and has anyone tracked her movements with the van?

My understanding is Jo went to stay with Timmy and Chelsey when Hank Sr. went to the hospital in Gainesville...Jo did not have a car... Also Misty was out partying with WBG and Nay Nay... I do recall reading Misty was staying at her parent's home after she returned from her three day binge or however long the binge was...JMO

Well, according to the latest "Art" piece, pun intended, the story of the fight over the stolen pistol that Ron insists Misty kept under her pillow occurred one week prior to Haleigh's disappearance. This fight was reported between Ron and Joe and Hank Sr. broke it up. I will say that if this story is anywhere close to being true, Hank Sr. may told Joe that he had worn out his welcome and maybe that is when Joe relocated to Timmy and Chelsea's house. According to Chelsea, she was up nearly all night working on insurance paperwork for a wreck that had occurred recently. Tommy and Lindsey had loaned the blue van to Timmy and Chelsea to use. You have a very interesting question regarding when Hank and Lisa moved to Tommy's. Maybe they were already living there when the car wreck occurred?

I can't remember but didn't Chelsea imply that JO just got to their house. I was under the impression it hadn't been long....like maybe a day or two. Nothing makes sense because Chelsea tells us timmy was in an accident and on pain meds on feb 9. I am going to assume the accident was on feb 7 with Hank.

I think they finally found misty and wanted her there to watch the kids while they got GMA to Gainsville at some point in those two days (between Sat night and Monday morning). I am also willing to bet that this was the point of contention with ron. He wanted misty at 202 Green and she had to be at one or both of her brother's to watch the kids while they drove off to Gainsville....somebody was driving back and forth to Gainsville between Sat night and monday night....but how many. Afterall Hank was air-lifted to Gainsville from the car accident...that indicates very serious/trauma. Where were his kids?

Did ron get involved and help out his GF's father or his family? That's a long shot, I know...just trying to place the players the weekend before.

Let's see...we have Timmy taking prescribed pain meds, ron on pain meds, TN on pain meds, hank on pain meds all about the time Haleigh vanished. Seems like there were enough to supply many people's addictions. Jo is visiting. Misty is partying....my God, the number of pills is staggering. They have pot and pills and I bet meth or coke is what they are really liked when they partied. I have not been able to wrap myself around the amount of dope and alcohol this group consumes. It is amazing how much the body can tolerate.

I am going to say it was Chelsey .. Also, it was either stated on the NG show or in an interview with AH..
It was revealed Jo was staying with Tommy and Lindsey until the gun incident happened.. At that time he went to stay with Hank Sr. and Lisa.. After the car accident he went to stay with Timmy and Chelsey.. That indicates to me... Hank Sr. and Lisa were still living on Magnolia and did not move in with Tommy and Lindsey until sometime after the accident...
Also, Jeff Hardy stated he believed whatever happened to Haleigh may have occurred in the Shell Harbor area.. Tommy also stated to his father in one of those videos that no one could get into the Shell Harbor area because it was locked down and Hank Sr. stated.... "Are you talking about the area where we used to live?"... Tommy said... "Yes"..
