Me too Lady. I feel sorry for the whole family. I really don't think the know the whole truth. They have been framed and tricked, in my opinion. Misty had better wise up by Friday or she is gonna take the blame for the whole thing! Probably too late for Tommy to be saved without Misty coming clean with what she knows.

Well, I've had my doubts about his hours, but if this has been common knowledge all along, & I guess it has been because of Misty's LDT, then I feel tricked because Ron got that deal, before this info was made public. If it's true, how could LE give him the deal? Why have they held on to this info? & is this what LE means by Misty 'failing miserably'? If these are the types of questions that she has been failing, then I'm ticked. LE has let Misty's reputation go straight down the gutter...& for what? lying for Ron? oh boy...

I was just reading your post and probably the reason they gave Ron a deal in the drug charges is because even though he had prior arrests, he was not convicted and this case with the drug trafficking had nothing to do with his daughters case as no one has been charged with that yet. The police said that he was at work so I choose to believe them but police have been known to lie also, but they also say Ron is not a suspect so who knows other than the deal was for the drug charges and not to do with Haleigh.

I completely get that the Cummings are not exactly the type of ppl that most of us would "run" with or have over to our homes for dinner but all of a sudden it is sounding as tho the Croslins are these cowering, naive, non-violent ppl that are being "abused" by the Cummings...

Pluh-eeze!! The Croslins are a drug-riddled group of well known liars whom have had their fair share of violence amongst none other but themselves... Lisa and Hank Sr on more than several occassions DV, Hank Jr and Hank Sr beating the holy hell out of one another[over who took whose pain pills], Lindsy at some point even having Tommy arrested[tho not sure if followed thru with charges] also DV, along with an entire laundry list of arrests for buying, selling, possessing every single illicit drug known to man, etc, etc, etc...

Am by no means attempting to "sell" the Cummings as a great fam/clan but I'd say they both are pretty equal when it comes to illegal lifestyles and well known to violence...

We are not talking about ppl like the majority of us here that would be mortified if something had taken place like what was "alleged" to have taken place by the Cummings women and would of course just as many are stating here would've called LE in, had a report, and charges filed quicker than u can bat an eyelash... But once again, the Croslins are not like the majority of us, they are of the same "type" of mindframe as the Cummings and this is nothing more than par for the course in a day in the life of both the Cummings and the Croslins....

I have a hard time with this last statement as if Misty was afraid of this family, she was always free to move to Tennesee and or with the other brother Timmy and Chelsea, she left satsuma once and if she was afraid of Ron, she could have played victim and went into a shelter for battered women and children and i am sure her lawyer and the police told her this.

i really believe Ron & TN had control of her. It's almost like she had been brainwashed. One of Levi's guest, cant remember who, mentioned the Stokholm syndrom. That could be what has happened with Misty.

Ron was tryin to get M pregnant---I saw t test that M was pregnant
Supposedly, R pushed her down t stairs...
Then she wasnt out of nowhere.

She didn't tell us this stuff unless they were fighting, and then she would tell me things, but she didn't never want to tell her bros cause she knew they would stick up for her. Protective, loved their sister...

Re M's brother molesting--never any weird disgusting sexual, drug addict situation. M started doin pills after Ronald---only smoked marijuana; M would have told me if she did other things

if the many reports of the way Ron treated teenaged girls, (told by by many different people, journalists, etc)...are true, then Misty wouldn't have had to play at being the victim.

Yes, I agree...Wasn't it said tonight that Misty tried to "break away" but the family would bring H and Jr to wherever Misty was and "beg" her to babysit them...and wasn't it also said tonight by Chelsea that the Cummings would shower her with gifts, and Ron even bought her a car...and on and on..It seemed it was hard for Misty not to be "swept" up in all this attention..and Ron was so controlling, but yet give her things she never had...

It is sort of a brain washing...control, rewards, control, rewards, attention, control, etc...

I hope everyone here gets a chance to listen to the Levi show...

IMO, Misty was abused, but for whatever reason, she didn't seem to see herself as a victim. Maybe because she was so young & Ron was so much older? her family background & upbringing? I went to school with a really sweet, really pretty girl who had an older bf that beat on her. She would get mad, say she wasn't gonna put up with it anymore, but she kept going back. They got married had kids, 2 young grandkids, & she finally decided to leave. Well, he had other plans. He took her out, shot her, called a friend & told him she had been messing around on him, & confessed to killing her. He then shot & killed himself. & here's the weird part. Their kids treated their dad, like he was the one who had been wronged, & didn't blame him at all. The obituary was so slanted, & talked about how he loved his family, & hers said that she loved decorating. They even had a joint funeral & burial for them. All situations aren't like this, I'm sure, but family pressure & guilt trips, can make people stay a lot longer, than they want.

part of his deal agreement, is that he has to testify truthfully, in the Haleigh case. Also, his lawyer said that Ron is working with LE on the Haleigh case, as part of his deal. I don't know what he's saying, but it must be pretty damning, considering the flurry of activity, from the players. Misty recanted the Joe story, she is now blaming Tommy, (I think), & Tommy was denied a sentence reduction. & it has also come out, since the deal, that Ron has now admitted to a fight with Joe, over a gun. & Shoemaker, semi verified that LE has custody of 1 of Ron's guns. So, a lot's going on, & that's just what we've heard.

I was a counselor at a children's shelter for a few years. We had children there that the state had taken away from their parents for abuse. Almost all these children wanted to go back home and be with their families. They would beg to go home, eventhough some had been badly abused and molested. I think that is probably what Rc and the Cummings gave to Misty that made her want to stay. She had a sense of family, of belonging. And when you have grown up the way she did, I can imangine how hard that would be to walk away from. Chelsea even calls her "sister" (which she didn't have growing up).

Wasn't able to hear the show, but very curious about the blanket. Only one poster mentioned it, but did Chelsea say that it was kept in the van AFTER police were called that night or was it kept in the van regularly? Sounds like even Chelsea may not have any good info about the blanket either. What I take from all this other than thinking they're all ridiculous is that Misty was jealous of Ron's relationship with his mother and grandmother. They were involved in his and the kids' lives, and she didn't like it.
Also: Did Chelsea say "brothers" molested Misty or "brother"? Misty told the public her brother Tommy and cousin Joe did that to her as children. It's pretty hard to make a couple of involved grandmas who bought everyone nice presents look that bad. Is that all they can come up with on an elderly woman, Pleeze.

The way I understand about the blanket, it was a green blanket that Misty had had for years. Ron had taken all Misty's clothes to NaNay's and dumped them out. Chelsea had gone down and got them in the van, and no one had ever taken them out of the van. the next day, LE took the van in, with the clothes, and blanket still in it. They didn't get the van and clothes back from LE for some time.
txs, try to listen to the show if you get a chance. I didn't get that Misty was jealous of Ron's relationships with Tn and As. I saw it differently. Chelsea said that Misty and Rc would fight a lot, all along from the beginning, and Tn would call/text Misty begging her to come back and how much they loved her, even after a (week?) after she had been dating rc. AS would take the kids to Misty's house and wait in the car and send the kids inside to beg Misty to come back, Misty would not want to go back but she couldn't resist Haleigh and Jr becaused she loved them.
My opinion, is as posted above, if you care to read it. again, it would be good if you could hear the show if you haven't already heard it.

Ya know, my life is too short for words. I'm not dying so don't worry. I'm going back to documents, dockets, and facts. Glad they are talking some, might put some stuff into perspective. Who knows? I just can't stand being fed a pittance of info. JMO
