Even though they should have tried to restrain themselves it has to be hard for them to hear Flo Hollars go on and on when she graphically describes what she has been told that happened to Haleigh and does so like she is talking about the weather instead of the life of a precious little girl.

I have no doubt that the Cummings family thinks the Croslins are the reason Haleigh is gone so it is not shocking to see emotions running high between the two families.

Imo it is much different to have to look right into someone's eyes and know this is the same person that has continuously talked about Haleigh's death as if it meant nothing.

In a way this makes me feel sorry for Misty. Imo, Misty never knew how to have a relationship and learn that being around his family doesn't mean they are controlling at all but they are a close knit family who included her.

I just don't see Misty having prior relationships with guys who wanted anything to do with families whether it was hers or his.

All of our children when they were dating someone did not exclude our family or the boyfriend/girlfriend's side of the family. Now at times of course they did things all by themselves but often they would interact with both sides of the families. Whether it was just coming over to hangout by the pool, BBQs or just drop by for a visit or come over for dinner and to watch videos. And now that they are all married they continue to include both sides of their families.

I don't think Misty was use to this inclusiveness. Imo, the Croslins pretty much were on their own and made individual decisions and not ones that included families of others and themselves.

What is very puzzling to me is the media seemed to be concentrated directly on the families, both before and after the hearing.

I cant believe they would not have reported seeing such action if it happened. That would sensationalize their story which means more readers.

I was a counselor at a children's shelter for a few years. We had children there that the state had taken away from their parents for abuse. Almost all these children wanted to go back home and be with their families. They would beg to go home, eventhough some had been badly abused and molested. I think that is probably what Rc and the Cummings gave to Misty that made her want to stay. She had a sense of family, of belonging. And when you have grown up the way she did, I can imangine how hard that would be to walk away from. Chelsea even calls her "sister" (which she didn't have growing up).

Misty said in one of her jailhouse interviews that TN and AS manipulated her into going back to Ron's by sending Haleigh over to convince her to come back.

I totally agree with you....Teresa and GMSykes have carried on long enough....why are they so mad now? I mean, really, I would like to know why...a CROSLIN has been the "key" to solving this case from the very beginning...we didn't see or hear about Teresa and/or GMSykes pulling these kind of stunts THEN....I wonder why? Instead they rallied around CROSLIN and gathered happily for the wedding...there was no love lost then so WHY NOW? IMO, the Cummings know that the Croslins can take them down too...and now they feel threatened....they are showing their true colors...They are showing us how they act when they are threatened....I guess in the beginning Misty didn't pose a threat to them......:waitasec:

We know very little about that surveillance video, all i know is that Ron was seen on it buying ciggs, beer and peanuts, on his way home from work the night HaLeigh disappeared. Could you imagine, not being able to get a hold of the person watching your children, for hours, and then working overtime and then stopping for beer cigs and peanuts, not even worried about his children.....JMO

TN and GGMS have shown and exhibited inexcusable behavior...in the presence of others..and more importantly...their lack of basic common sense...and lack of self control...

This is apparently the "norm" for them....to intimidate and threaten vocally and to "act out" a weapon being "fired" towards others that they happen to not agree with...

Very low mentalitity...in my opinion...

So the Cummings are symbolizing....to the Croslins... (we will use violence if we have to) and pointing a finger representing a loaded gun..with sound of shooting...and commenting...YOU ARE DONE....

I hope a report was made of their harressment/threatening..motions made towards them......and the Cummings cited for it...

I would urge the Croslins to do that....for it to go on record..in case of any future threats of any kind....

I don't think the surveillnce video of Ron stopping at the convenience store early Tuesday morning was publicly released. I haven't seen it posted on WS. The only picture we have taken by a surveillance camera in a convenience store is of Misty and Joe. Chelsea said Ron was wearing his work clothes (a dark jumpsuit) when him and Misty were at the police station Tuesday. Does anyone know when the picture of Ron wearing a stripped t-shirt and jeans was taken? The one where he is on his knees crying? TIA/JMO

That is a great question djdj247! So far that video has not been released and I don't think what Ron was wearing at that specific time was released either.

:waitasec:Something else that caught my attention is that Chelsea claims Ron would get off of work between 11PM-1AM normally. First thing I thought of was that maybe Ron only worked part-time at PDM. That is a big stretch 11PM-1AM. If his shift did start at 5PM as his attorney claimed in the past and Ron was working part-time and he would get off around 11PM as Chelsea alleged, then that would be a 6 hr part time shift. If he worked over time then we could assume he would of worked until 1AM-2AM, which could be why Ron said that LE questioned what took him so long to get home that night. I can't wait to see the phone records and video of Ron at the store. I wonder if anyone else was seen at that store that night?

i really believe Ron & TN had control of her. It's almost like she had been brainwashed. One of Levi's guest, cant remember who, mentioned the Stokholm syndrom. That could be what has happened with Misty.
Also Battered women syndrom, when women in misty's situation feel helpless. I don't know, just thinking out loud I guess. MOO

IMO, Misty did try to leave, she called her family crying for them to come and get her. By the time they arrived, RONALD HAD CONVINCED Misty that she was staying and that her family had better not show up. Ron was ready to rumble as soon as the Croslins arrived to get their daughter. Ron, the Raging Bull that he is, started beating the hell out of them until they got into the car and left. The actions that followed, ie., Ron making Misty file an RO against Tommy and later we find that she also filed against her own mother, making Misty participate in the Rat in the mailbox threat and should I go on? There are many, many articles and info out there about Ron's violence against Misty as well as AS threatening to throw her out of a window...........we are talking about a teenage girl here, folks........really!

Figured I would add this here in case it is true that that GGMS made a threat...seems it would not be a shock to most if true.. If this is the right AS-GGMS.
NOTE: In April of 2008 AS was said to be interfering in child custody, this is a little under a yr from the day Haleigh was reported missing. I wonder who's children it was that she was interfering in their custody? I know it says case closed, but it still makes me wonder, just like the harassing phone calls to KATRINA BELCHER. Seems that GGMS may have a bit of a temper in her as well. :cow:
