Timmy does have a minimal background. I posted it elsewhere on the forum and yesterday I went back to look it up and post gain from the original source and I couldn't remember where the heck I posted the link. I thought it was the cousin thread but I didn't see it there unless someone moved it.

You might remember the discussion about Timmy almost doing time in Federal prison in Virgina, well it was around that time that the page was posted.

Sorry for the long post..Just found this again, Haleigh went missing 2/09/09, Timothy was arrested in Virginia 1/02/2009(if I am reading the above correctly) It sure does look like he moved to Florida right before Haleigh went missing. ( notice the address above only says Satsuma Florida.( no street or town)I know I have asked this before but what does Nolle Prosequi mean?

I want to apologize to the room for some misinformation. I think I finally found for sure that Tim & Chelsea have 3 daughters lol. I found a post by her on an old myspace that she had her second daughter, K___, in 2007 sometime. From the birth announcement on this thread we know she also had a girl in 2009. Plus there is the older girl, D. So I guess that makes 3. Just wanted to clear that up and say sorry!!

Timmy and Chelsea were married February 11, 2006. They would have been celebrating their wedding anniversary around the same time that Haleigh went missing. Wasn't there talk of Misty wanting to babysit someone else's kids( I might be remembering wrong but I seem to remember that someone said the "fight" between Ronald and Misty that night around 8:30 was about babysitting.

So much information to sort through, most of it probably second and third hand, I am sure of the wedding date though. This has been discussed before here at WS but I couldn't remember if it was in this thread.

I remember hearing that also....it was part of the story where she called Ron's mom to watch Haleigh and JR...she was upset that she had to stay with H & JR because she wanted to watch someone else's kids.

, I know she was supposed to watch her brother's kids on 2-9-09 , according to Nay-nay, but I do not know where the story came that she couldn't or wouldn't watch Haleigh and jr....

We heard from TN that she begged misty to watch the kids on 2-9-09. What we don't know is if she did indeed watch them that night.

We heard through RC's attorney (I beleive) that there was a fight on the phone at 8:30PM over misty wanting to watch other's children. I do not believe that story from Shoey. I believe they all feed us info but times and the real stories are not on target.

Where was misty when that phone call took place?...kinda late to be asking her to watch rc's kids when they were already alone 4 hours...according to that call....if he was telling her to watch his kids and fighting with her over it. Where was she? Where was he? and who the heck was with the children from 4:00pm ot 8:30pm?

IMHO.. If there was a fight over the phone at 8:30 that evening I doubt seriously it was because Misty wanted to babysit for someone else..JMO

I believe it has been recently revealed it was TN who called Misty and offered to pay her to babsit.. It has been revealed Misty told her it wasn't necessary to pay her.. She would do it IF it was OK with Ronald...I suspect it wasn't ok with Ronald or TN didn't get a clearance from him...JMO

I remember where I first heard it( not sure about anyone else) but it was after the reports came out that Tommy had admitted going to 202 on the night Haleigh went missing and banging on the door, I want to say an episode back in September was when we heard about Misty turning her phone off after the 8:30 argument between her and Rc. Then as more came out we heard the argument could have been about babysitting. I might have heard this from Art H on NG, can't be sure unless I go back and look it up.

I suspect if there really was an argument over babysitting that night it involved Misty not being capable of taking care of Jr. that night after what she had experienced concerning Haleigh earlier in the afternoon and she needed someone in his family to come get Jr. and HELP her....I suspect Misty was a basket case when Ron C high tailed it into work in order to provide an alibi for himself, leaving her and Jr. at Green Lane by their lonesome...JMO

My pick is she wanted desperately to leave the MH and I suspect she was with someone on Ron's side of the family when Tommy went over there at around 10:00 pm.
TN, herself, convinced me of that when she stated Misty was there and the reason she didn't hear Tommy or answer the door was because she was totally exhausted..JMO

Copying my post to this thread from a closed one for Elle.

We now know the address where Hank and Lisa were living before the accident. The address is on the lien document from Alchua Co.

Since the person who hit the car Hank was in was uninsured does Timmy and Chelsea's insurance pay the bill since it was their car and then go after the uninsured driver?

I went and re-read the AH article that talks about the accident and it says the accident happened 2 days before Haleigh went missing so that would be the 7th which coincides with the date on the lien document. In one of the TM tests Misty talks about Joe being in Satsuma the day Hank came home from the hospital which would be Feb.11 according to the lien document. That tells me Joe left Florida on Feb. 11.
Chelsea states she was up late Feb. 9 going over insurance papers from Hank's accident.
