I thought LE questioned how Ron got home from work so fast?


Even though he agreed to stay over to unload a barge he still would not be there by himself.

And I am even wondering about the hole in the fence? Has that even been substantiated as truth or is it just another Chelsea-ism? I find it very illogical that a hole would be allowed to remain there since a bridge building company has equipment and tools worth many millions sitting there. I don't think PDM would just let a hole remain. That would be like putting a sign out for the burglars "come this way and steal all you want" (example)

I worked for a large bridge building company for 20 years. If we had a break in and someone cut the fence to get in.......it was repaired immediately once the police had completed their investigation that day.

Ron may have had to be there at 4 to midnight and was asked to work over to unload and he worked until 3 am and then went by the convenience store and then went home where the call was made at 3:26 am.

At that time of the morning I have no doubt that Ron was mostly likely speeding and that is why he got home when he did.

Yes. That's what has some of us questioning his alibi. After the initial, where were you?... LE has continued to question aspects of Ron's work hours... And, LE has brought it up recently (leading up to the plea deal being struck), according to Shoemaker (in an interview, the one with the "work duties" being discussed)... I'll go try to find a link and get a more specific date... I think even though LE has said he has an alibi, they know something's not adding up. IMO, when they said they can't "shake" his alibi... they are saying that can't get past it. It still keeps popping up. It's there, he has one, but something's not right with it. It's not a solid alibi. It's very confusing, trying to figure out what LE is up to! JMO.

It is interesting that Chelsea said Misty pretended to be sleeping when Ron’s family members showed up at her house to get her to distance herself from them and then the night HaLeigh went missing; Misty said she was sleeping when Ron pulled a fast one on her. The reason I believe Ron put the decapitated rat in Tommy’s mailbox was to terrorize the Croslin’s. Ron not only intimidates people, he terrorizes them. Lisa found the rat and freaked out and that is exactly what Misty said she did when she woke up and HaLeigh was gone. I suspect Ron didn’t take Junior to the bus stop with him on Monday when he went to get HaLeigh because he didn’t want him to hear what he told HaLeigh and what Chelsea said about Junior proves my point. Ron knows his son won’t lie so Ron intentionally kept him home for a purpose and Ron had no interest in hearing about the man dressed in black who took HaLeigh.

Do you get the impression that Haleigh was hyper and very fiesty and may have been difficult to contro?l. She may have had tantrums also. I picture her like that. Misty/ronald would not know how to deal with this type of child. I imagine their first thoughts would be discipline to get her to listen. Neither of these two immature people would know what to do or how to do it correctly...just isn't in their genes.

IMO...It could have been due to her "medical condition" she had, the visits between Ron and Crystal (custody visitation) living in several different home locations, lifestyles of Ron with different girls, different babysitting styles..etc.

IMO...I would imagine all of that, then adding more to the mix, of missing school so much, probably had an impact on her behavior.

If TRUE..that Misty had mentioned..(sorry no link) that Haleigh would sometimes wet the bed...IMO..a 5 year old wetting the bed..MIGHT be a symptom of something..OR ..just be a part of her medical condition..

also...IF TRUE...Misty mentioned that Haleigh didn't like to wear a lot of clothes/and would take them off....change herself...that kind of "independence" of herself...

It seems like Ron had mentioned (no link..sorry) that Haleigh wanted to go to GMMS for a certain outfit...before school..(it could have been THAT day) and Ron took her there to get it for her to wear to school

...IMO...Haleigh would have to be rather "insistant" for Ron to go get her the outfit before school..A child only asking ONCE..would probably not get what they want...a trip to get clothes...with clothes already in her closet..

IMO..if Haleigh was USED to getting her way a lot...and this incident was TRUE..then I would have to be inclined to believe she also had a temper..

Also, if Chelsea is telling the truth...she said Haleigh would beg and persuade Misty to come babysit for her....and Misty would..

IMO...putting all this together...could be a reason...for a child ..with a medical condition...to probably be given into by adults...to keep her happy..

the problem we probably have seen in doing that to kids...the older they get...the more insistant they become to get their way....and harder to handle...


that could have been the reason..that the discipline that Ron WAS using..(if true) was known by DC (dept of children's) and he was instructed the approved method of discipline.....but...did he follow that??? Who knows..In times of frustration from childen demands...approved methods are forgotten..

I've said this before, I feel Junior, even at such a young age, has provided a wealth of info to LE. We have only heard a fraction of it. How they go about determing what is useful and what is not, because of his age, I don't know. In my opinion, unless he was purposely shielded or even taken out of the MH when the actual crime/removal occured, he knows what happened to his sister. I have a hard time believing this was a quiet crime that Junior could sleep through. JMO.

part of his deal agreement, is that he has to testify truthfully, in the Haleigh case. Also, his lawyer said that Ron is working with LE on the Haleigh case, as part of his deal. I don't know what he's saying, but it must be pretty damning, considering the flurry of activity, from the players. Misty recanted the Joe story, she is now blaming Tommy, (I think), & Tommy was denied a sentence reduction. & it has also come out, since the deal, that Ron has now admitted to a fight with Joe, over a gun. & Shoemaker, semi verified that LE has custody of 1 of Ron's guns. So, a lot's going on, & that's just what we've heard.

there is no Haleigh case yet, and I have NEVER heard any deals to made without a case in the works. It is just not done. Misty plead no contest and no deal from her end. Ron was going to testify in the drug charges and there is another hearing coming up at the end of the month in Putnam county. the things you listed are going on are not from reliable sources as I have read a lot of things that are just not confirmed. Ron admitted to a fight long ago, this is not new news. I have heard the rumors of the gun being found but we also dont know that.

Nope not buying it, Misty was away from Ron longer than with him. She was with another guy the weekend before Haleigh came up missing. I have been in an abusive relationship and let me tell you, Misty was not afraid of Ron, but I do feel she knows what happened to Haleigh and she is afraid Ron will despise her if she tells. She is not afraid of hm or anyone else, this little girl has been on the streets for a long time.

i really believe Ron & TN had control of her. It's almost like she had been brainwashed. One of Levi's guest, cant remember who, mentioned the Stokholm syndrom. That could be what has happened with Misty.

Misty was only Rons girlfriend for 4 months I think, if she had stockholm syndrome she certainly would not have gone out with another man. NO way. Ron and his mom were the only ones in the whole bunch that worked and had custody of the children. I have to blame the Croslins I think on this one.

Chelsea said Ron made himself late for work on Monday which means most of the men Ron worked with would have left before Ron's shift ended and the yard he was working in would be vacant. That made it very easy for Ron to slip through the hole in the fence Chelsea talked about.

MO is Ron took HaLeigh to school in the morning and picked her up at the bus stop Monday because he had a plan to do away with her and he needed to know where she was at all times. He didn't want Misty taking HaLeigh to Chelsea's or Tommy's like she normally did in the evening while he was at work so that&#8217;s why he picked up HaLeigh from the bus stop. Ron called Tommy to make sure Misty hadn&#8217;t left his house and walked over to his place with the kids.

Chelsea said Ron was wearing a black beanie cap and boots when she saw him at the Police Station Tuesday morning. Ron could have pulled the cap over his head to cover his face when he took HaLeigh from her bed and boots would definitely make the floors squeak. Ron did say HaLeigh was expecting to see her father when he returned from work. Junior said he saw a man dressed in black take HaLeigh and he circled his face with his hand which may mean the person had covered their face.

Ron was delighted with the notoriety he gained after HaLeigh went missing. Chelsea said Ron took Misty shopping and bought her the Altima. Misty was with another man over the weekend so with a plan to get rid of HaLeigh, Ron could keep Misty close.
Ron would no longer be tied down by HaLeigh&#8217;s schedule, he could quit work, he was free to travel with Misty, and he had all the money he needed including $12,000 from Crystal. He could access free dinners and trips by appearing on Talk Shows. Ron and Misty had planned a future together and with HaLeigh gone they were free to start a new life together.

As I have stated before, Misty was gone the days preceding HaLeigh's disappearance and no one knows what Ron was up to.

What did Ron do with HaLeigh?

So if he was getting rid of Haleigh so that he could have this carefree, children-free life, he and Misty having their life together, without Haleigh.. There still would be another child in his care/custody.. Doesn't make sense for him to do away with Haleigh and to leave himself with the other child..Totally cancels out the entire meaning for Ron having rid himself of Haleigh..

And not only would he still be left to care and have custody of Jr but if say for instance he was trying to rid himself of children, so that he could be more carefree having to only contend with one child.. IMO the obvious is that Jr would have been the child in most need of caring for, while Haleigh was already at an age where she was beginning to be able to do things without direct supervision and prodding from the parent.. IMO he wouldnt rid himself of the child that would be LESS OF A BURDEN..jmo, tho

All Ron had to do if he did not want the responsibilities of being a parent was turn the kids over to their mother.Haleigh looks a lot like her mother, that could be a reason that Misty might have resented her plus it seems she was daddys little girl.Plus if she had accidents that would make Misty angry since she was the one who had to clean up after her.IIRC Misty said she had to wash the blanket cause Haleigh wet it.

I thought this deserved its own thread. What is everyones opinion re: AH's 'sources' claiming JO never drove the van that night and the only people to have driven it the night Haleigh went missing were Chelsea & Timmy?
I'm not a AH fan, but personally, I believe this.... I've always had a feeling Chelsea and especially Timmy know a lot more than they're letting on...

If memory serves me right Lindsey had the red truck that night. She was at school. Now, what ever happen after 10:30PM is questionable because she claims that Tommy was home, just like Chelsea claims Timmy was home. IMO, they all lie and this case will never be solved even if Haleigh's remains are found.

Thanks for the info about when Chelsea & Timmy left the state- I thought it was much closer to when Haleigh disappeared. I COMPLETELY agree that Ron was involved, imo he killed Haleigh in a rage then had to go to work & told Misty to get rid of Haleigh, so she got her brothers to help since she couldn't do it alone. I don't think any of them will ever talk because they're afraid of more prison time but they're also afraid of Ron, that he's threatened he can get to them in prison & can/will have their families hurt on the outside. I definitely don't think the Croslins are being loyal to Ron, it's fear, imo. Except Misty who apparently still loves him, maybe she thinks Ron didn't mean to kill Haleigh so he's not a bad guy. It really ticks me off that she's adjusting so nicely to prison, eating well & getting her hair done by inmate pals. Barf. She knows exactly what happened, Haleigh was in her care. She needs to spill her guts so Haleigh can rest in peace.
