Timmy & Chelsea Croslin; and the hours before Haleigh went missing.

I really think in the grand scheme of things, what Chelsea knows does not concern the cops. They just want Misty and Ronald to tell what happened that night, I am pretty sure the LE know all they need to know based on Ron and Mistys tests. I also think if Chelsea had anything substantial to say, she would, because she is a mother and seems to have strong feelings for Haleigh, and more rightfully so than random people who just picked up on this case because they follow true crime cases, shes living it, I dont question her actions only because if Timmy had anything on Ronald, Ronald would not be calling the cops on them provoking them from afar.

IF LE is waiting for Ronald Cummings or anyone in his family to tell the truth about what happened that night I suspect they are in for a long wait...And IMO in the grand scheme of things what Chelsea might know should be of great concern and interest to LE.
IMO Just because Chelsea is a mother and seems to care for Haleigh we'll just have to respectfully agree to disagree on the subject as to WHY Chelsea may not be telling everything she knows.. Same with the situation as to WHY Ron would not call LE on Timmy for calling him a FAB..JMHO

ETA.. Have you ever entertained the thought the Croslins may have helped out that night and were being set up from the beginning w/o their knowledege to take the fall IF and when it became necessary? And by the time Timmy and Chelsea moved to Mass plans were in the works to throw All the Croslins under the bus?

IF LE is waiting for Ronald Cummings or anyone in his family to tell the truth about what happened that night I suspect they are in for a long wait...And IMO in the grand scheme of things what Chelsea might know should be of great concern and interest to LE.

No, because if any of them knew anything they would have told a long time ago because I believe Ronald Cummings ALONE is responsible for what happened to his daughter. I think Tommy knows after the fact, but only what Misty told him, and who knows if what Misty told him is the truth. Something happened in that time frame where Tommy called the cops on Ronald, and then days later, well a day later Ron put a rat into Tommys mailbox, this is when I think Tommy learned, and its been said Ron and Tommy became friends AFTER all this, and they never were before. This leads me to believe that at this point Ronald was now keeping his new "enemy" Tommy closer.

I truly believe that Chelsea was at home and her husband was hurt that night.

I find it very peculiar that Joe is finally speaking out. I have wondered since day one if Joe O. was maybe an informant in anyway or helped after the fact without knowing. He has kept pretty quiet, it's the Croslin's and Cummings that kept dragging him into this with the exception of Ron. Ron kept saying Joe had nothing to do with it. I question how Ronald is so sure that Joe O. had nothing to do with Haleigh. If his child is missing and so many people are saying Joe O. is to blame, why did Ron just sit on his hands? He threated Misty and anyone that may of had anything to do with Haleigh's disappearance, but the one person that they all pointed the finger to...well, Ron did nothing. I don't get it.

I think Ron didn't do anything about Joe because Ron knows what happend to Haleigh and who is responsible. Also, JMO....I believe Ron's threats to everyone else was to keep them from telling what they know about the Cummings/Sykes involvement.

In this whole story, its been the Croslins who have been talking, well except Misty. How many times did we see Hank pleading for Misty or Tommy to tell the truth? Lots of times. Why do we believe they raised a bunch of murder secret keeping spawn? Seriously? If anything, they all had kids and they love them all very much, why on earth would they do anything to protect Ronald Cummings? Why would Tommy call the cops on Ronald, when they would have some mega secret? Why would Ronald call the cops on Tim for calling him a bad name? You dont do this stuff to people who have anything major like the death of the child on them.

The only Croslin getting Ronalds name on her lower back is Misty Croslin AFTER their divorce. I mean come on now....

Why would Ronald shoot down what Junior told his mom about a black guy taking his sister? Ron seriously SMUGLY shot that down as nonsense, even though someone supposedly came into his home and took his daughter and broke into the door he swore was lock picked, which we found out later wasn't.

Well, I highly suspect it IS Ron and his family who are the ones involved up to their eyeballs concerning what happened to Haleigh ..Not the Croslins.
IMO...The Croslins ONLY allowed themselves to be set up by the Cummings/Neves/Sykes Clan to take the FALL...
Problem as I see it, the Croslins didn't have a clue as to just how masterful Ron and family were at playing the diabolical game of Lies and Deceit...However, I suspect they know now...JMHO

Yes! Yes! and Yes! I totally agree with this one. Plan was well orchestrated! The best thing that Ron could have done was complain to LE about Timmy calling him a FAB.

BBm: IMO, you can't talk about Tommy calling LE when Ron Cummings beat the crap out of him without talking about Ron Cummings putting a beheaded rat in Tommy's mailbox. To me, the beheaded rat in the mailbox speaks volumes to me. The meaning is so obvious and also what really stands out like a sore thumb is that LE did absolutely nothing about this threat and the tampering with a witness act. Why the capital "H" not?

Yep, actually Ron is one of Joe's best alibis. On the Nancy Grace show it was Ron who interrupted his mother while she was answering Nancy Grace's question about who was there that night at the MH. It was Ron who said "cousin wuddn't there" when Teresa Neves said that Misty's cousin was there when she was reinterating who was there that night. It has always confused me that Ron would argue the very things that would have lended credence to the theory that Haleigh was abducted, ie.,
1. The doors were definitely deadbolted, he locked them himself prior to leaving for work. (now why would he do that? wouldn't it look more credible for an abduction if the door was unlocked??)
2. Ron insisted that Misty was there that night. If Ron was not concerning that Misty would tell on him why wouldn't he consider that Misty may have left the children unattended and the door unlocked and that someone entered and took Haleigh while she was out and about?
3. If there was the slightest chance that Joe came over to retaliate for Ron's angry outburst at Hanks over the "stolen gun", why did he jump to the conclusion that absolutely, "No, cousin wuddn't there!"?
4. Ron totally dismissed Jr.'s account of a black man took Haleigh. Why? Since Ron was trying to push the idea that somone came in and took Haleigh, then why didn't he consider that Jr. saw a black man take Haleigh????
5. Why if, as Ron claimed, that he was marrying Misty to keep his enemies close, that he did not attempt to question Misty about what happened that night? This is what he claimed on the Nancy Grace Show. ( I think the honeymoon started to fade at that point, the honeymoon between Ron and Nancy, I mean).
6. It is Ron who stated that he does not think that Misty knew anything or did anything to Haleigh, then why was he "Keeping his enemies close?"
