The ongoing trial of torture slaying alleged ringleader Lemaricus Davidson has proven one thing - evidence is in the eye of the beholder.
Both sides in this capital murder case are using the same cache of evidence for entirely different purposes. Prosecutors Leland Price and Takisha Fitzgerald are pointing to it to write for jurors the tale of what happened to slain Knox County couple Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. Defense attorneys David Eldridge and Doug Trant are utilizing it to craft doubt about that account in jurors' minds.
