Defense is trying to implicate HW but objects when LE witness is asked if any interviewed witnesses ever saw EB and HW together. That's because nobody saw them together IMO which doesn't help what the defense wants the jury to believe. I think that question should have been allowed to be answered.

Regular kitchen trash (empty milk jug, egg carton) and a receipt with MB's name on it.

Detective is unpacking evidence. From MB's refuse.

Bet there's no DNA on the items in the trash belonging to anybody but MB and Evelyn.

MB threw away all that other stuff. Her gum, water bottles... no E, no H. Just MB, throwing away what she deems trashworrhy, all by herself. And right in the middle of that, her own baby, bagged up like trash.

No one thinks that was a tinfoil hat.

Accidentally death of any kind is out for me. SHE THREW HER IN THE TRASH. No burial, no swaddled in a blanket.

This hurts. I just had to bury my own (adult) daughter. I buried her with her baby doll and baby blanket... because she'll always be my baby.

Evelyn mattered. And MB wrapped her in tinfoil like spoiled leftovers from the back corner of a forgotten fridge. Vile. It reveals her motive as far as I'm concerned. She trashed her life, then she threw it all away, thinking she would just stay another.

A baby. Who didn't even have all of her baby teeth yet. Who does that to a BABY?????

I'm not sure I can handle much more of MB.

They're playing one of her interviews.

She can't decide how to play. First, she and her mom have the best relationship, talk all the time. Next minute, her mom and Ethan are in secret communication. Now she thinks her mom knows where Evelyn is. First time she's floated that story.

It's exhausting listening to a bad gaslighter gaslight badly.

LE just showed MB her own profile where she wrote that Evelyn was 'mean as f--'... she was 'sweet as can be last night, today she's mean as f-----'

LE is asking her pointedly why she isn't calling E asking 'where's my baby?'

Megan asks if she'll get in trouble for lying before if she tells the truth now.

New story: her mom got mad at her, took Evelyn from the trailer. In December. Says she didn't talk to her mom for a month. MB says her mom called her, told her she would give Evelyn back later. Claims December is the last time she saw Evelyn, when her mom took her.

Cue the tears. Now she says she didn't LE about her mom having Evelyn because because see waa afraid her mom would hurt Evelyn if she know MB told LE.

Boy, she can stop and start the waterworks almost like she's FAKING. Too bad she can't produce tears.
