So what I have learned is a lot was destroyed due to the decomp fluids.
Making DNA diluted.

There was some unknown male DNA mixed in with a few items. Not enough DNA to actually ever test against anyone. (Trace amount)
(explained could be someone at a factory that helped make this item)

I only learned of this case yesterday when I saw a few minutes of trial testimony on Court TV. I really know nothing about this case except another sweet baby was murdered by the one person that should protect them from all harm. I have a 17 month old granddaughter that I love more than my life. This case hits close. I don’t know if I can stand to learn more about what happened to baby Evelyn.

I’m sorry, I know this post adds nothing useful to the forum. I just had to say baby Evelyn has someone else that’s grieving because her life was cruelly taken away.

imo.

Trash Can:
Prints were found
Sticker on Can-Palm print and under rim far tip of fingerprint print
Palm print was small-Childs print (could not totally discount it being a very small adult) MB excluded

  • #265
Under Rim of trash can on right side: The tip of fingerprint that was found belonged to MB
Results were inconclusive for a while because he could not get a comparable copy of her prints.
Sent 3 requests to get them. (each time the tips were not good enough to compare)
Finally got a good copy of her fingertip prints by going there and getting them himself. #2 right index finger match

That’s kind of embarrassing that they sheriffs department couldn’t get clear prints after so many tries! The guy from the lab had to come do it

No fingerprints on foil.

That's what I was thinking!

Additional testing on foil was done:
Because, due to his own error, he did not test all of the foil/one piece was left out and separated
Developed an unidentifiable print (not enough ridge detail) and one was identified as MB left middle finger

MB is a POW for making everyone sit through this trial. Guilty SOB.

IMO she didn't just unalive her baby, she first neglected her to death, leaving her baby alone in that rancid trailer, for hours if not days.

Horrendous.

Black Trash Bag:
2 identifiable prints and 1 identifiable impression i.e impression from another part of a body (inconclusive on impression at time)
MB's prints Right middle finger and right ring finger

  • #274
Impression was later determined inconclusive for bad quality

I think we've been misled.

The trash wasn't what was put into it.

The trash was who put it there.

State asks:Were there any prints that are unidentified?
Only remaining unidentified was the small palm print

WTH?

The unidentified palm print was on the sticker of the trash can?

Could have come from anywhere, no? The store? The person who put the sticker on. Previous tenant of the trailer. Unknown child.

If, when we get to cross, if the Defense brings up tinfoil hats again, I will need anger management classes.

I missed a little bit of testimony.

Do we know anything about the black tar on the spoon LE collected?

I guess she did not have EB's hand prints from the hospital in that Memory Box and possible too decomposed to get them when she was found. GRRR
