Black trash bag was removed from trash can, next bag showed a portion of Evelyn’s body. Detectives called the ME.

Megan watching the witness intently, appears nervous, fidgeting a little.

Agent Farley (sp?) continues to describe the contents of the trash bag, I’ll skip his descriptions. Photos aren’t being shown on camera thank goodness, it’s grisly.

Evelyn was dressed in a pink onesie, wrapped in a fleece blanket, aluminum foil.

Thank you for not describing the contents in graphic detail. I am already physically sick to think of what MB did to little EB. What a horrible, horrible monster.

This child wasn't seen since her 1st birthday by anyone, where in the heck did the family think she was all those months? I know MB said here and there (supposed father, her own mother, etc.) but why did this not raise a red flag long before? I know if I had a granddaughter that Mom hadn't produced for moths, I would have been raising 50 kinds of he ll.

I'm not blaming the family members, MB is the responsible party here, I just don't get why it took so long to report her missing? So, so very sad, it breaks my heart that MB discarded little EB like trash and just walked away living her life flopping from here to there with the latest BF.

When CPS find Megan to ask to see Evelyn, after she says Evelyn is with her "dad", CPS asks if she has any indication a child lives there. Megan takes him to her room to show him AN outfit (never worn, on a hanger) and A MEMORY BOX.

After seeing how she trashed the trailer she lived in (FOR FREE, no less), I know everything I need to know about this piece of.

Just tuning in, I had to back up the live feed and am watching a portion of the 2/25/2020 interview with LE. It’s making my blood boil seeing MB fake cry while she lies through her teeth while blaming her boyfriend.

Creepiest of all is that she described Evelyn’s clothing and even the fleece blanket accurately and went into great detail while she pretend sobbed about how her boyfriend accidentally rolled over onto Evelyn and how she wasn’t breathing when she checked her. No mention of aluminum foil though.

For heaven’s sake she spun quite a tale, suggesting the boyfriend buried Evelyn after brave Megan gave her CPR to no avail. Then covered any possibility of being caught in a lie by saying she tried to forget what happened - trauma you know - so she couldn’t remember everything.

Creepy again as Megan answered the agent’s questions about Evelyn’s condition, her voice bouncing from trembling to perfectly normal.

Said her boyfriend had to remove Evelyn’s body because he couldn’t go back to jail.

Vile woman.

Jumping ahead a bit, defense lawyer is cross examining agent Fraley regarding Megan claiming Evelyn was dead.

Asking about Megan’s dad’s property, video feed went dark for a couple minutes. When back the lawyer was asking the agent why they didn’t search the property right away. Agent replied because Megan kept lying.

Lawyer asking about location and condition of the trash can. Maybe implying evidence wasn’t properly preserved? Dunno.

Witness Tommy Boswell on the stand. He’s Evelyn’s grandfather, Megan’s dad. Prosecution asking about Megan’s early life.

Megan mainly lived with Tommy’s mom and dad. Blames his ex-wife for early troubles with Megan for not sending her to school. Megan went into foster care at age 17, had Evelyn while in care.

Ok so AF, the third states witness, who was reprimanded on Wednesday by the judge for not showing up to a subpoena to testify, is finally on the stand. Says he hasn't really met Megan (so he is NOT the baby daddy.)

He was a hired hand of the family who lived in the same trailer park as Megan on the property. He's described her unit in disarray and unkempt, describing the trailer park in photos and images. Adding: AF had to wear a respirator (I'm glad he did for his own health!) in order to clean it out/ install new linoleum into the unit. On cross-examination, AF having trouble placing a time for when he did this cleaning out.... waffles back and forth between Christmas and before Christmas, says it was "warm out".... he is released from his subpoena.

Tommy presents himself as a great dad, he paid for everything, gave her a credit card, bought her a car. Trouble arose as Megan wouldn’t help out or even clean her room.

Megan and Evelyn then moved into a trailer on the property where Tommy’s mother lived. Later she was given a trailer in a trailer park that Tommy’s son owned, rent free. Tommy paid all the bills.

Hello. In this police interview, I hope the jury is noticing that, if Megan really thought Evelyn was with her "dad", how come you when she learned he didn't have her, she wasn't alarmed?

From the earlier videos, I recall both Megan and Evelyn spent much time at Megan's grandmother and Evelyn's great grandmother's place (Tommy's mother) which was tidy and food always on the stove. Sounds like Megan trashed her own place while enjoying the comfort of others. Seems this was the number one complaint from her dad -- they couldn't get her to do anything for herself-- not even clean her own room. Sick, nasty, brat! JMO

DCS investigator on the stand next. Received a report about Evelyn February 18, 2020. Abuse allegation stating lack of supervision and physical abuse.

Evelyn’s birth certificate entered into evidence. DCS worker and a detective went to a two story house to interview Megan. Told her about the report and tried to see Evelyn. Megan said she was with alleged father EP. Didn’t give contact information for him.

Asked about Megan’s demeanor he said lack of emotion and concern. Flat affect. Investigator asked for any indication that Evelyn had been there such as crib or pack n play. Nothing, just a sippy cup and memory box like @Megnut said upthread.

Lunch break over, jurors watching another interview of Megan and LE. Confronted with the fact that EP didn’t have Evelyn, Megan first doubles down.

Just like we see over and over this defendant somehow believes that saying the same lie a hundred times will convince LE.

Cripes, she’s being painted into a corner yet she acts like she’s talking about what she had for breakfast. No emotion.

Talking about physical abuse, Megan acts like mother of the year. Has an answer for everything.

She is a lazy evil demon. It's surprising she even managed to find a man to touch her dirty disgusting self. Living in that squalor and subjecting EB to that filth. That poor baby had to have lived in hell with mb as a mother.

Next up, Casey S, daughter of Megan’s foster parents. She worked at a pediatrician office where Evelyn came for checkups.

Casey’s aunt babysat Evelyn occasionally, she sent a photo to Casey of Evelyn’s severe diaper rash which she showed to one of the office nurses. Problem with follow-up due to hearsay issues.

Megan brought Evelyn in regularly until 12 month well visit, scheduled for December 5, 2019.

Casey sent a message to Megan about the missed appointment via FB Messenger. Message entered into evidence.

Appointment rescheduled for December 6, no show, Megan claims work conflict. December 11 Megan asks if her dad could bring Evelyn in due to her work responsibilities.

December 13, 2019 Casey texts Megan about rescheduled missed appointment, Megan says she’s switching pediatricians to someone closer to work. Office never received request for records.

Witness 6, Dr. Barbara Pugh. Pediatrician.

Up until Megan stopped coming (last time at 10.5 months) everything was fine with Evelyn health wise. No indication of abuse or neglect.

Next witness Paul Miller, ex partner of Ethan Perry’s grandmother. Feed abruptly cut off (Court TV). ?? Same with Law & Crime.

Back. He and his wife met with Megan at Cracker Barrel 2019, shortly before Halloween. Was excited about great granddaughter Evelyn. Before Christmas wanted Megan to bring Evelyn over. Megan and Ethan came, no Evelyn. Megan said she had the flu.

Never received any photos or videos of Evelyn opening the gifts they gave for her.
