Did anybody see the family on JVM? I heard that Dana (Holly's dad) said the Blood found was in fact, Holly's.

Is this true?

The Bobos may suspect someone whose family has clout politically in local and/or state government.

This would be another reason to reach out to federal authorities.

Yes, they did say it was her blood, I did not catch it live but saw it in the transcript someone posted a page or two ago.

I hate to admit it but many of the "rumors" I read early on have come out later to be fact. I read back near the beginning from a local that there was blood and it was Holly's. I read that there was a spilled Coke near her car. I read that there were school papers found.

One "rumor" mentioned her jeans being found...I don't think that is true, but who knows...

We know offically about as much as the Bobos know in terms of what has been found, according to the family:
D. BOBO: There were several small pieces that had been found by searchers, local people here in Parsons.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: What did they find, Karen?

K. BOBO: We`re not really sure. They don`t share that information with us. And actually mainly when we hear things like that, none of those -- none of those things have been confirmed. That`s just searchers that have found things and have told us that they have found things. But whether or not those are actually Holly`s things, none of that`s actually been confirmed

That is kind of ridiculous, in my opinion. It sounds like LE is on a power trip to me.

LE's playing CYA, in my opinion. I don't think they have a clue as to what's what and who's who.

rings of how the LE work in Putnam County...

It would be hard for Clint to be considered suspect because of the scream and the 911 call. Not much time there to hide a body. Now Clint could be telling the absolute truth or he covering for somebody.

A stranger hanging around the scene this along doesn't work for me. We have three different scenes. The car; the garage; and the woods.

Clint says blood was near the car with a coke can. Clint says two people were kneeling and he found blood at that spot later.

I have the car in the driveway but according to Clint, it had to be in garage. This makes the space tighter to see anything such as silhouettes. That term implies indoor lighting...and darkness viewing it.

Here's the video of Clint on JVM if it hasn't been posted yet:

I'm sitting here, scratching my head. You mean to tell me that Holly carried her lunch and cell phone with her when she was walking into the woods?

So sad that Holly has not been found; still hopeful.

Looking only at the few accounts provided by the family members themselves at different times (only first hand accounts), there are changes and ambiguities that I don't understand. Not saying any of them are lying or doing anything wrong, just that there is some reason to explain why things are far too fuzzy at this juncture and I have no clue as to the reason. I trust LE has phone records for the key players; I wish I did. Imo, it would clear things up a lot to see the phone records showing:

1. Holly's incoming and outgoing calls/texts in the 2 days before the abduction up until the phone (presumably) went dead or was located. Of course, activity for the morning of the abduction would be particularly helpful, along with ping locations for the same period.

2. The Bobo home phone and Clint's cell phone records + Karen's work phone and cell phone records + the neighbor's home and cell records. I would love to see the incoming and outgoing call/text logs for all of these phones compiled and sorted by "time" for the day of the abduction. That would clarify the sequence of the communication that morning (between each other and 911).

These phone records are likely quite valuable to LE in verifying portions of witness statements; I wish we could sneak a peek. I also think it would be quite telling to learn whether Clint or Karen called Holly's cell phone during this time frame. I don't recall Clint or Karen indicating that they called Holly's cell phone during their time of panic/confusion (nor have I heard them deny that they called Holly's cell). I would like confirmation either way. Also curious to see when/if Dana was contacted. Someone please set me straight and point me in the right direction if we already have this information and I missed it - TIA!

Hoping Holly is found soon...

It's been described as a "lunch purse". It could have been on her shoulder. Cell phone could have been contained in bag or pocket or something, and if not, I suspect she'd do her darndest to keep it with her.

Oh my goodness, No. We do not have any information regarding phone records. We have heard Holly may have texted her boyfriend that morning, apparently saying she was ok. This may be a rumor....I'm so confused about how little we actually know.

I would LOVE to have the 911 calls released to the public.....ALL 4 of them. But I'm not holding my breath and its a good thing I'm not.

We know that LE has found some of Holly's "things."

From this, we know then that Holly had "things" with her.

What things did she have (that perhaps have been recovered)?
1. Lunch purse, bag. We know she had this since LE has found it and confirmed it.
2. Cell phone, speculation
3. School papers, speculation
4. School books, speculation
5. Jeans, wild speculation
6. A promise ring, very wild speculation

At one time, LE thought that perhaps Holly had dropped some of these things as a trail for helpers to find her. I think that has generally been dismissed now.
It also has been mentioned (as per Holly's dad), that the items were intentionally dropped as a "decoy" or as a way to lead investigators in the wrong direction.

. . . I was thinking there is probably a door on the
back of the garage that opens into that car port, if thats where the car
port is. . .
Sounds reasonable. Perhaps I will run the video a bit more and see if I
can get better views.

Closer proximity would make Clint's hearing their voices more reasonable
so that piece of the puzzle drops into a better fit of the picture.

I don't think she was given time to unsling anything from her person.
I have read the MSM accounts of what happened but I still do not think
much time was involved. I think the perp was surprised by her
exiting the house & walking right up to where he was poking around.
I think he reacted by a swift attack that culminated in him stabbing
or slashing her in such a way that the injury forced her down to the
ground either kneeling or squatting and then she knew real fear for her
life. After a few moments to compose herself to be able to walk the
perp led here away after admonishing her to be quiet and obey or die
on the spot. I think she was hurt enough to believe him.

While I do believe this was an unplanned attack I do sort of wonder
if he had prior contact with either her or her family.
Perhaps having been warned off from hunting on their land etc.
Or -
Perhaps the alleged school papers (if they were Holly's) were wadded up
and discarded after being searched to see if there was any mention
of the perp's name.

I have little reason to think there was prior connection just those pesky
papers make me wonder.

BBM

I don't understand Mr. Bobo's decoy theory unless he knows/suspects the cell phone was found. It is the only item that could lead LE to a physical location if planted somewhere. Once located anywhere, how could it possible throw investigators off track? They would know the phone was at the drop location and Holly wasn't, but so what? Maybe Mr. Bobo theorizes the perp counted on LE finding the phone (and other stuff confirmed as Holly's) through pings right away and while they focused on searching that area, the perp and Holly would have a longer head start getting to his intended destination.

I would really like to see Holly's call logs for the time surrounding the abduction. I think the call data may be leading LE to some conclusions which they aren't sharing with the family or the public... What do they know? Whatever it is, I hope it works in favor of finding Holly alive somewhere...
