The blood, the voices and the screams confuse me.
1) If the perpetrator had a weapon that could make Holly comply with the kidnapper's orders because she was in fear for her life, why was she struck or cut, and left blood on the ground?
If someone pulls a knife on you and you don't comply, do they lightly cut you? And wouldn't you let out a yell or scream at that time? Or in the case of a gun, if the perpetrator struck Holly, one could safely assume that she would be sobbing and crying somewhat loudly at that time. You would think Clint would have heard that if that was the case.
Perhaps the best explanation is that she was tackled to the ground and silenced at first, then shown the weapon. During the scuffle she could have had a bloody nose.
But that doesn't even hold that much water. In the Openline interview, the host says Clint wasn't even suppose to have been at home. There was no need to worry about screaming right away (the nearest neighbor is a significant distance away) unless the perp knew Clint was at home, and one would think the Perp would have simply waited an extra day to carry out their plans.
2) In the Openline interview, the second part, Clint said the voice sounded younger. In the Jane Valez-Mitchell interview, Clint stated he really couldn't make out either voice. If he could make out that a voice sounded younger, how could he not hear screams that were heard by a neighbor? Perhaps the scream was from the woods but that doesn't sit right either.
[ The neighbor said they heard screams coming from the Bobo residence. If they originated from the woods, the perpetrator must have been walking in a line from the Bobo residence, to the neighbor's area. That isn't the best escape route for someone who planned this attack.
Anyone have any thought?]
