Her age was changed to 20-40 from 15-25

Oh, wow. Great to see they are really working on this case, reviewing all aspects. There must be many missing women in their 30s to consider now, sadly.

Late to the game as usual. I apologize if this has already been discussed. I decided to do a brief internet search on missing in Italy. I know it's a really long shot. But, since I just can't wrap my head around it that no one seems to recognize her. No one saw her? No one is missing a neighbor, a co-worker, an employee, etc.??? Add to that, that somewhere in a search that I likely will not be able to find again, I swear I saw something stating that she may have more Italian in her. Anyway, what do you think would be the likelihood that she could've been this child and at some point had been brought into the US? Last I read is that authorities are working in Turkey to try to find her. Also, depending on what article you look at, I don't believe the age composite is what she would look like now.

While that could be a very real possibility, but it appears as the missing child is straight up Italian, how would that explain states where they have relatives (Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Tennessee) for the UID?

Well now I feel stupid. Especially considering that I’m from Louisiana and have also been looking into possibilities there. LOL, the rabbit holes I get myself into.

Don't ever feel stupid! You're definitely not stupid! Any match is a possibility, and at the very least it's getting our UID exposure AS WELL as exposure for the missing child!! So many cases deserve more eyes!

Seems like some other posters have found some very good possibilities in Louisiana (iirc, might be ms) on the Italian side. Some of them have connections to Mississippi and Texas, so I wonder if the non Italian side made connections in Louisiana or those states? Another poster also mentioned Hayes as a possible surname as well, and I believe there is a Hayes connected to the Italian side that was shared in this thread. I might jump down that rabbit hole soon!

Don't forget it, you're awesome!

That's very kind of you, thank you!

I have a strong feeling about a Hayes connection as well.

RSBM I agree, @fsngruv ! More eyes, more thoughts, more ideas.. all benefit the people in these cases. I appreciate anyone's thoughts on any case. That's how we keep things moving closer to a solution.. everyone caring and sharing ideas.

@Canaille , please don't ever feel stupid! I read your post and looked at the case you referenced, so thank you for your thoughts!

IMO

I would have guessed Keshia Sylvester but the circumstances don't appear to fit.

I had a tab open on her to come back to as well. For me, it’s tough to continue using the current rendering of Vandy to keep looking for similarities since her age range was changed; I can’t help but wonder how a new rendering would look and if it would provide a more accurate visual to match to. The current one makes her look to be like 12/14 years old.

I agree an older recon would help immensely. Here's another comparison of Keshia and Jane Doe.

I can definitely see it here.
Me too. Especially knowing that Jane Doe is older than initially thought.

I would love to know if the Landlord had any properties in Tennessee.

I did a little research on the road as well, seems this wasn't the first time a body was found here, and it also appears as if there has been other shootings on this road. One more recent, 2014 involved someone who has name connected to properties on Sulphur Creek Road. Northwest Nashville shooting suspect surrenders to police
The other incident appeared to happened in 1996, I cannot access newspaper articles to the incident, only the case law and here is an excerpt. "At trial, Charles Ray Blackwood, a retired officer from the Metro Nashville Police
Department, testified that he had worked as a crime scene investigator for about 23 years.
On January 6, 1997, Mr. Blackwood assisted in the investigation of a body found near
Sulphur Creek Road, a rural area of Nashville. The body was found at a curve in the road
where there is a “flat area” next to the roadway and then the terrain drops off steeply. The
location of the crime scene “looked like the city dump” because people would frequently
dump “trash, household appliances, old junk car
and tires” off the embankment. The
body was discovered about 60 to 70 feet from the top of the hill, and Mr. Blackwood had to
use a rope to navigate his way down the steep hill. When it was discovered, the body was
severely decomposed and showed signs of animal or insect infestation. The victim’s pants
were pulled down, and a shirt appeared to be tied around the victim’s ankles or lower calf.
It appeared as if the body had been in that location for “a while.” No guns, knives, or other
weapons were found near the body." https://www.courtlistener.com/opini...thomas-lee-carey-jr/?q=cites:(2436045)&page=4

I'm not saying these incidents are connected, but I do find them interesting. Maybe this location has far more to do with our doe than I first thought? Maybe not? It seems through my research, at any rate, the area seems to be a place people have dumped this before, or come to this location to harm someone.

I completely agree!! Another reason why I think the family could live on that very road is due to Amore Wiggins, or previously known as Oplique Baby Doe, her father, who murdered her, buried her right there in the trailer park of his mother, and either no one realized it was Amore, or they knew, and ignored it. The shallow grave was 3 plots to the right of her grandmothers trailer. Its so possible that family has seen this, but knows something, so they are quiet.
I don't remember the case name but there was also a Jane Doe in Illinois or Penn whom her sister had repeatedly seen the sketch of her missing sister but didn't know it was her until like 10 years went by and DNA was done, thus leading FBI to her door. She was absolved of any guilt but i just find it strange that she saw her sisters sketch on the news for literal years and either didn't know or chose not to say anything.

New exclusion as of today!

Natanalie Perez (MP17423) - Missing from Miami, Florida since 2012.

Amanda Poole, who was added to the Charley Project a few weeks ago, reminds me a lot of this Doe facially. Missing from Memphis, would have been 19 in 2018. The timing's off as she went missing in 2015, but it also seems possible that she left of her own accord.
I also think Amanda could be a possibility for Vandy JD. Did you happen to submit?

Amanda is taller than the JD height estimate but still could work. Memphis to Nashville doable for a potential runaway.

I definitely see the resemblance. There are some people on the exclusion list who went missing earlier than 2015 so I think it would be good to submit!
