TBI uncovers human skull in Van Buren County | News Break There seems to be more to read, but again....no access.

SPENCER, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says authorities found a human skull in a wooded area over the weekend in Van Buren County. The TBI said they found it just off of Pleasant Hills Cemetery.

TBI: Human skull found in wooded area near cemetery along Sequatchie/Van Buren County line

EQUATCHIE/VAN BUREN COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is asking for help after a human skull was discovered near the Sequatchie County/Van Buren County line over the weekend.

TBI officials say their special agents -- along with investigators from the Dunlap PD, Sequatchie County Sheriff's Department, Van Buren County Sheriff's Department, 12th Judicial Drug Task Force, and local EMS and fire crews -- conducted a search of a wooded area off of Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road near Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

During that search, crews recovered human remains - specifically, a skull.

The TBI says the skull will be submitted for forensic analysis to the Medical Examiner's Office.

Just a thought...could it be a skull from the cemetery? I wonder why after so many months they were still not able to estimated the time of dead/PMI.

I think Tiffany could be a good match. I mapped out her last known location and the distance to the area the skull was found is not that far apart. I wonder what the story was for the person she was last seen with in that red car? I'm guessing either they didn't find enough evidence of any crime or the story checked out and they were not involved in any wrong doing.
