Tommy's activities in Feb. 2009

I was asked to share info I received from records regarding the 2/10/09 call at 116 Tyler - I spoke to Gloria at records on March 1st after much searching she located incident report 09-1334, which was found under officer name vs address or date - which is why originally it was indicated there was no incident report when records department was contacted earlier.

Officer Clarke was dispatched at 11:00 am on 2/10/09 to 116 Tyler. I have ordered the one page incident report which she said would take a couple weeks after they received my self addressed stamped envelope.

Wow, word sure does circulate fast. : ) Great, thank you for the input about the 2/10/09 call at Tyler. I hope you will consider posting the incident report, I know i for one would really appreciate reading it. I imagine there was an awful of activity around those streets on February 10th. I am curious to see exactly what the call was about in regards to this dog. Thank you Busy.

No one should be surprised that LE was at 116 Tyler at 11 a.m. on Feb. 10. What I want to know is why they were there at 3:30 a.m. or so when the 911 call came from 202 Green Lane.

Was it just to check to see if Haleigh wandered down the road 100 yards in the dark of night?

Was it because they were there for a dog barking and coincidentally oh by the way, a child living down the street 100 yards who is in the care of the sister of the residents at 116 Tyler was just reported missing?

It's not going to solve anything, I guess. But like every other little detail that isn't cleared up, adds too much speculation to this child's disappearance.

Part of me was hoping that the dog nuisance call was a few hours before the 911 call but I'd say Busy has pretty much confirmed that it was indeed on the morning of the 10th. But, I am with you on this one, there are still unanswered questions about the unit at 116 Tyler and why. JMO

At 11 a.m., there were swarms of people, traffic, LE.....all over Hermit's Cove. Calling for an ordinance complaint in the midst of all that just seems ....... petty, unless the dog was attacking someone.

I was going to say the same thing. "IF" the dog was barking after the 911 and LE was there I'm sure LE would of just said can you try and quite your dog, but I'm sure there was more then just Tommy dog barking that morning. LE was everywhere and I'm sure dogs was barking everywhere they was looking for HaLeigh. It leads me to believe the dog call was before the 911 call or over that weekend. JMO

IMHO..It hasn't been confirmed any complaint was called in after LE and their dogs were already on the scene looking for Haleigh....JMO

I wonder if the report will give a date and time the complaint was filed? Just curious as to whether she alluded to any more info being on the report.
Thanks!

I highly doubt Tommy has computer access in jail.
My guess is that it would be Lindsy accessing his myspace acct. since LP bought her a computer and internet access.

I don't think so. Remember, Misty actually gave someone her password on one of the jailhouse calls, so they could log into her account. I was in shock that LE didn't beep that out. Then again, I've heard LP's, Lisa C's and Lindsy's phone numbers given out over the tapes. My guess would be that Lindsy logged into his account.

I'm not convinced that Tommy waited until September to tell LE Misty wasn't home the night Haleigh went missing. LE says they got a tip in Feb regarding this. I think someone would have had to see her outside the mobile home in order to make this statement. Or, as in Tommy's case, gone by the MH and she didn't come to the door. I realize LE released this info after interviewing Tommy in September, but I think the wording they used leaves this up to interpretation as to when they knew it. I posted this because it has always bothered me that he waited 7 months to bring this forward. Now, I'm thinking he didn't wait.

Tip: Dad's Girlfriend Wasn't Home When Haleigh Disappeared
Investigators Following About 1,200 Tips

POSTED: Tuesday, February 17, 2009
UPDATED: 1:54 pm EST February 18,2009

PALATKA, Fla. -- Since an Amber Alert was issued for 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings one week ago, almost 1,200 tips have poured into a Crimestoppers hot line.

For the first time late Tuesday, investigators released information about one of those tips: that Haleigh's father's girlfriend, 17-year-old Misty Croslin, may not have been at home the night Haleigh disappeared.

Intimate details released in Haleigh Cummings investigation
My Fox Orlando - 09/22/09

Detectives involved with the Haleigh Cummings investigation have been tight lipped about any details involving the case. On Tuesday, for the first time, they released the details of an interview conducted with Hank Croslin Jr., Misty Cummings brother. They say he told them he went by Haleigh Cummings home the night she disappeared, and no one was there.

So . . . if the dog barking complaint (or whatever it was related to the dog) was issued at 11am on 2/10/09, that means with all the media and LE and volunteers out searching for a missing child, someone actually called in and complained about a barking dog and LE actually took time away from searching for said missing child to go issue a ticket? And, to the family of the missing child no less?

I don't know. This probably means nothing, but for some reason this incident just has my hinky meter going off.

The officer was dispatched at 11am. I would think that means the call came in some time prior to that time. With all of the activity going on that morning, I really doubt someone would call in and complain about a dog barking. However, if the dog was barking that night before the 911 came in, I can see the importance of sending an officer instead of animal control considering a child is missing. JMO

With all the activity on that street on the 10th, maybe the dog bit someone. Even if they kept it inside, it would need to go out sometime to do its duty lol. At this point I don't know if we even are sure that barking was the complaint. Hopefully busy will let us know when she finds out more. Thanks Busy!

Since multiple LE agencies were already on-scene, a neighbor would not have needed to call it in - LE would have heard it live and in-person.

I don't recall the layout of the area, but it seems like the command center at River Villas might be directly behind the Croslin residence, or at least real close by. If so, then maybe they (LE) just got sick of hearing the dog barking constantly.

I sure hope Busy is able to post that report when she gets it. Lots of questions still about this complaint.

As far as Tommy telling Law Enforcement earlier about going by 202 on the night that Haleigh went missing, I don't believe it. It has been posted over and over where Law Enforcement came right out and said that He WITHHELD that information, and they don't know why ANYONE would WITHHOLD that information. If their statements are false and basically lies well...

That just puts Law Enforcement on a long list of PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIED, in this case and maybe if there weren't so many PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIED, we might have nailed down the truth by now, or at least people in Putnam County would have had the necessary information to help find a missing child. JMO

Hold on a sec, elle. Where did you read that LE said Tommy withheld information? I don't recall ever reading or hearing that anywhere.

The Croslins were not family to Haleigh.... Sorry, they were only the family of the babysitter/girlfriend of Haleigh and Jr. at the time.
