I'd like to diagnose him right about now...

Yes butchering someone can be stressful.

OK. I've already seen this witness nod as in "negative" several times while he is responding to a question with a "positive" answer. I'm not a body-language expert, but I do recognize when someone is not being truthful.

I hope Juan tears this nonsense apart. This is quite real but not for the admitted killer. She's a liar, hiding behind this very real condition.

Didn't she say on the stand several times that she doesn't have a mental disorder?

JA looks like she is playing connect the dots. Or maybe she's drawing pictures to put on ebay again.

Wonder if he sat on the "huge body of professionals" that put together the DSM IV.

so he won't buy a new book because the first book he bought in 300AD is meaningful to him.

It's so obvious that Jodi tailored her testimony using this man's terminology. Fog, shaking, being able to drive in a Fog, brain is like a computer.... and I'm sure we will hear more of the "buzz words" Jodi used during her 18 days of testimony later on from this Dr. Samuels.

Sounds like he's going to say she's psycho - NOW he's finally getting to the heart of the matter!

Isn't that the truth? Surely the jury can read between the lines!

Should he be turning to the jury and "instructing" them so much? Isn't it better to engage the questioner?

Most of the expert witnesses do turn to address the jury instead of answering to the lawyer. They are trained to do that when taking courses regarding testifying in trials. That's something I learned from the Casey Anthony case.

I hope he tells us about her chihuahua shaking. Especially since her shakes are invisible to the eye.

Any chance Juan will get a crack at him today?

Didn't she say on the stand several times that she doesn't have a mental disorder?

YES, and NO issues with her memory except when she was passed out drunk or butchering Travis

I think if Juan stresses the point that the gunshot came last, this whole testimony about the 'fog' goes right out the window.
