So I have been a sound sleeper at one time now I am having trouble going to sleep, waking up all during the night, hot and in sweats. Do I have PTSD? Heck no its called menopause!

This is crazy!

Okay. I've reached my bee-essimus-maximus level for the day. No more "expert" trial coverage for me.

This guy really is a Gus, he's very enamored with Jodi and the media attention of this case. He's playing for the camera, the audience and posing all sorts of "theories" with the assumption of her innocence which he isn't really qualified to pose or assume. The defense seems to be confident in him, but he does not perform well with professionalism as an expert witness at least to me.

I have a feeling, I could be wrong, that JM will tear him up.

Are we supposed to feel sorry for her because she can't sleep? I hope she never has a good nights sleep the rest of her life.

As much as I want to see Juan, I really do not want him doing his cross until Monday. I want him fully prepared to rip this guys testimony to shreds.

So far, I think he's helping the prosecution:

1. He called her the perpetrator of a homicide;
2. He says the PTSD is from being the perpetrator;
3. All the non-memory so far stems from killing TA;
4. He seems very willing to relate to her in the "Criminal" context. He's not referring to her as someone who killed in "self defense."

Thoughts?

Perpetrate CRIME - not SD

Oh, boohoo, we are hearing how tough her life is now. She can't sleep in jail. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I was really just scoffing at this guy benignly at first, but I am starting to get POed.

I do not know how Travis' family sits through testimony like his. Travis lost his God given right to get a good nights sleep when Jodi brutally murdered him.. I feel so bad for them...

I can't wait for this Jury to ask him questions!

Is Nurmi drinking a soda from a fast food joint?

A soldier commits crimes by fighting for his country?

  • #412
Wilmot just asked what if it's the person WHO CAUSES THE TRAUMA???? Wait, I thought this was a self defense argument, not insanity? What are they doing??? Are they saying she's crazy or it was simple self defense?

  • #413
So...ptsd after killing someone is relevant?

  • #414
I hate the anxiety I get when I kill someone, get arrested and put in jail pending my trial for murder with the death penalty hanging over my head.

  • #415
More "articles" to prove his point. This guy is hardly an expert. :rolleyes:

  • #416
He had her fill out a list of symptoms and check the box for those SHE THOUGHT that she had? And that is what he is using as a confirmation for PTSD? :banghead:

  • #417
They don't care about your scales...This is why some experts are just bad.

Travis life is not summed up on a TEST Jodi took. This disgusts me

No worries Peeps! This rubbish is going down the toilet with the jury like a used piece of toilet paper! The state is gonna help JA with her "sleep problems" when they serve her up with a permanent dirt nap.

  • #418
JA is NOT a soldier or a police officer, she's a criminal defendant!

Juan is going to have a field day with ole Richard on cross. IMO
