They don't care about your scales...This is why some experts are just bad.

Travis life is not summed up on a TEST Jodi took. This disgusts me

Thought just hit me... No self respecting upstanding Expert Witness would ever testify for JAs DT that's why she's got such a quack job WHO Did ya catch plug the book he wrote knowing this is a National televised trial?? (should deduct commercial time from his bill![/I]

Did the DT originally plan the PTSD defense to explain the murder but then, with her case falling apart, shift gears to claim it's post-murder, caused by her BEING the perpetrator?

I am starting to feel like I am in a FOG...... This is really crazy!

  • #443
oh wow this does not help her lol

  • #444
He clarifies. . .not that Ms. Arias has a mental condition. . .but they have no problem calling her a "perpetrator".

  • #445
again she got PTSD when she killed TA??? what does that prove or help?

  • #446
Partial PTSD? Didn't meet all the criteria. Well then, that means they did NOT have PTSD.

Duh!

  • #447
Jodi did not develop PTSD until her attorneys discussed it with her after 2009.
As I said earlier, she remembered a whole lot of what happened talking to Det. Flores about the ninjas.
None of this proves she did not premeditate the murder.

This is a joke, right? He said criminals forget what they did and then gave as an example of that, soldiers and cops? Seriously?

And then he stated that 30% of criminals claim amnesia at trial so they must actually have experienced memory loss?????

Oh, Juan Martinez is going to have a field day with this guy.

And, I see jodi just realized she blew it with regard to her fog and memory. She testified a few times that her memory of the events slowly began to come back. But this expert said they cannot retrieve what was not been stored. jodi looked down very quickly and began to write when he said that. Lol.

I hope Juan is still awake.

I didnt watch this morning due to work- was there a discussion about running past drop dead time? BC we are late-lol.

its only 3.45 az time?

  • #451
Or maybe the fact that she BRUTALLY MURDERED someone she 'loved'! :twocents:

Exactly! I don't care if she suffers/suffered from PTSD and anxiety. So do I. But she brutally killed an innocent man. Imo

  • #452
LOL. He's calling her the perp. That's rich.

  • #453
So he's claiming that JODI has PTSD because she committed a violent crime??!! Well, isn't that a little counterproductive?

Correct.

It's damaging to the defense but they are only putting him on to explain why she "claims" she can't remember the stabbing. That's the only reason he's on the stand.

I don't doubt she has PTSD but it's not because she fought for her life or was defending herself. It was because she committed a HORRIFIC crime. Jodi is no victim if she had high anxiety it's because she's afraid the state is going to put a needle in her arm and is living in jail and is probably always fearful while living among her own kind.

Somebody nudge Nurmi - he is nodding off.

I hate the anxiety I get when I kill someone, get arrested and put in jail pending my trial for murder with the death penalty hanging over my head.

:floorlaugh:

YES, ME TOO! THATS EXACTLY WHO i THOUGHT OF WHEN i SAW HIM!!!

I am so glad I am not the only one who thought that !

I am sorry I tried to multi quote ....This was in reference to The Dr reminding me of Gus

Unfortunately Snidley it's the pink needle. I think someone should substitute the first shot, a sedative, with battery acid....:floorlaugh:

It should be administered by this guy wearing just a pair of leather chaps.......or would that be something she would like?

  • #458
Interesting view of that side of the room. Plus, what is with the nose obsession?

Yeah, he's mixing around soldiers, police officers, hunters, and criminals who have committed murder. Makes a lot of sense, no?
