The woman to the judges left is wearing such a pretty color today!

This is so cringeworthy for the DT and the witness. This is thee most important charge a defendant can face. Murder One with the DP and they get the most unprepared shoddy expert. It's incredulous. This guy isn't worthy of $25 an hour...

I must say Juan is looking very spiffy today. As far as JA and JW, I keep thinking of the song,"Ebony and Ivory".

ARRGH! I hate when work interrupts...

Jennifer Wilmott looks scared $%^less

I can't understand why this is who they are using, or was this who the prior attorney's used and JW and KN have to make do ??

Are ya'll seeing JA lower her chair....or is it just me?

I don't know about anyone else noticing Arias today, to me she appears to be really really "pissed" off with attitude dripping out of every pore.

Who is the guy in lime green beside the twins? Haven't seen him there before. I've only been watching since Juan's redirect of Jodi though so he might have been there before and I didn't notice.

Its awful but if the jury thinks the DT knew all of this all along they will lose all credibility too.

Samuels gave the state something he did not want them to ever see.

IMO

I don't like today so far---I feel like Samuels is getting too many chnces to try and justify and explain his sloppy tactics---I hope Juan can save this discussion in the end...

Jodi looks kind of stoned today when they're at sidebar and the camera focuses on her. JMO

:eek:Jodi is dressed in exactly the same colors as Wilmott today, even down to the black camisole.

I thought the printout out looked funny. It looks like something typed up on a typewriter, not computer generated. His printouts don't have dates on them? Huh. I think the program that would printout the results would certainly have a date on, these are as legal as any medical documents. Juan ought to have had someone run that test through the program and compare results to what the PhD has (btw, PhD = piled high and deep)!

I wonder how much he's really getting paid. When JM asked if he was getting $225.00, Dr Quack gave a strange answer. Something to the effect of "when I took this case it was $225.00 an hour". So is it still $225 an hour or more? And don't experts get a higher hourly rate for the time they appear in court.

Wow Juan is smoking today.

This guy got three different results. ....15,17 and now a 16.:what:

Well ya see if you add 15,16,17 together and divide by 3....
