Look @ exhibit #554 read highlighted portion . . . ok . . . JA has said . . no read to yourself

exhibit #555 - read highlighted portion - familiar with that
exhibit #556 - look @ this first #476 on the right the number - something in the journals - read in the journals - yes

same exhibit #480 pg 480 on the right . . you read that and you are familiar with that (yes)
this is what you used when evaluating what this defendant used on the telephone with her Mother - right

You said you wanted to approach Judge
Allright lets approach

Judge looking thru documents . . . .

JM is answering questions to the Judge

Is it possible that LAWYERS know the test better than the doctor!!! :what:

what is the purpose of this approach?? Legal eagles where are you?

Honestly no idea. I didn't catch anything that was outrageously objectionable. Me thinks JW is nervous about something and is just stalling.

Jodi looks like she will fall asleep any moment now.

Agonizing as the perpetual defense approaches are, I wonder if, in the end, they aren't actually in the best interest of justice for Travis and his family. That is to say that Jodi would have a harder time appealing a verdict on the grounds of an ineffective defense, given that by all indications her defense team tried (ad nauseam) to protect her from damning evidence/testimony.

On the other hand, it weakens RS testimony, it makes her DT not look prepared because they can't seem to stay a step or even with a city block of what Juan is going to do next...yes friends, he's just that good :fence::fence:

any problems with the cnn link? Mine just went black

I wonder if JW reads here? Her skirt is longer and not as tight as some that she's worn. She might have read the commentary on her wardrobe and decided to make amends. :)
I'm sure they pick up tips from here, look for suggestions on what JM is going to be rebut etc...

I wonder how the jurors manage to not look at JA. If I were on there I'd be tempted to look at her and give her dirty glares. lol.

  • #571
Judge does not look amused.

Um....that's not a guy..its jodis friend from jail...I know I know....but its really not a guy.:shush:

This just made me think of the Jake from State Farm commercial :floorlaugh:

Willmott is an experienced DP attorney. I'm always surprised she doesn't know the points of law.

  • #575
Everything JM has was provided to the DT, yes? So why are they objecting? Apparently, they missed something and are now trying to keep it out!
this should be so eye opening for the jury....they (DT) do not want their expert's own reports entered into evidence!!

  • #576
Jennifer is fighting damn hard at the bench. Whatever this is she doesn't want it in. at all.

  • #577
JA looks like she is pissed and anxious to get the good doctor off of the stand. I wonder what the defense has next?

  • #578
Telling you this DT has been an accessory to something unethical, IMO.

YUP. I've felt from the beginning that her latest story has been crafted by her team. Th doctor clearly fudged his test by making them line up to what the defense wanted. I can't wait to see juans doctor in rebuttal. Something tells me her records will be more together then RS.

I think Jodi Arias is gonna bust in to a headstand move while singing Oh Holy S**t any second.

Maybe if Willie tied her hair into a neat ponytail once in a while she'd be able to better see what evidence there is!
