It certainly has been a successful method for her to her to get her way.

Once when my mom was feeling sorry for herself and said she wished she could just die, my sister suggested we could put a pillow over her face, and if she struggled we'd know she was lying. Sick, I know, but we all laughed (even mom).

That was hilarious. Thank you for sharing, it helps to hear other people deal with the BPD mother with a bit of perverse humor too...I know I sure do from time to time! I think I said something really smart to the ICU nurse on the phone after my mom's last "attempt" about how she might have learned what works and doesn't by now and he laughed. Which I was relieved for considering that was some serious word vomit on my part.

Umm ok... I "feel" there's going to be some ugliness coming from this expert..

She keeps stressin working with men & male co facilitator of program etc..

I'm not going to put it past this witness to not try to use TAs young childhood into case saying classic experiences that contribute to abuse cycles etc etc that JA was pulled into this cycle etc

If so... I'll be pizzed off like a Mo Fo!!! JMO

<mod snip>. What makes me angry is that her excusing JA in this case tends to erode the confidence of the public that cases of actual abuse occur and should be fixed. This makes a mockery of that.

Being that she has worked with abused men, too, she should not be testifying for JA. I am not bashing her, just finding fault that she would sell herself out to support a true abuser and murderer.

She won't have any evidence that
Travis was abusive - only what JA told her. We know what that's worth.
