I agree that the gay comments are distasteful, but some of her testimony so far has sounded like she is somewhat biased against men -- at least in the domestic violence context.
I think this witness is coming across as quite likable so far. I have feeling I am going to regret that - hope she saw through Jodi's BS.
ALV will have a hard time dealing w/ JM on cross if he goes hard at her.....she seems stunned when he objects
Well, she's created her own abuse continuum redefining a spectrum of sorts for abusive relationships and authored a paper on male abuse victims, essentially stating, females aren't prone to battering as often as men and really, professionals shouldn't become ensued in a gender war anyway... so I'm thinking, no?
I don't think they'll get to any testimony today. Why didn't both sides stipulate that she's an expert and saved us from this crap?
Fair enough. I'll keep an open mind. There was just one comment early on from her that kind of made me cringe because it sounded like she only believes that women can be abuse victims - and I work closely with male domestic abuse victims, so I'm kind of biased myself.
um weird, something tells me I know her.
I am bi. So no homophobia here. I know... Tmi.....sorry
But you will see. Read her book!!!! She is not going to help travis....at all.
Moo.
