Somehow I get the feeling Dr. S. is sorry that he ever got mixed up with Jodi Arias! He boasted that she would be good for his book, or some such thing. Why do I think that book will never make it to Amazon or Barnes and Noble???

Right to the very end of his testimony, he didn't seem the least bit sorry. He seemed defiant and justified in his testimony. Just like JA. They both seem to share similar "traits" and without a doubt, he has influenced the way she has testified.

Ok just watched nancy grace on the DVR and saw new Jodi interrogation video. And again I'm floored. By the dog kicking story. Anyone else think she killed the dog? That was the first thing that ran through my mind after se said she never saw the dog again.

When Jodi turned to the lady lawyer and reading her lips says..."I never hit my mom" and lawyer turns to her and shakes her head in the affirmative like ..."yes you did"

I thought it was interesting today to find out that JA kicked her mother for no reason. Remember JA's story about TA kicking her in the ribs and that is when she put her hand out to try to stop it and that is when her finger got injured? (Of course TA had handy "popsicle sticks" to splint her finger after he supposedly damaged it.....That is another "story" that wasn't pursued. The popsicle stick story).

You are correct. So far the slashing tires incident has not come out. Neither has the bizarre email (psychopathic) she sent to TA's date. Neither has her handstand, her talking to herself about make-up, her side of text messages when he called her a three hole wonder or when he said he felt like a dildo with a heart-beat. That is justice in America. On the flip side, she can kill him and then claim that he was a pedophile without a shred of evidence.

Im soooooooooooo SICK of this prosecuter and this whole case actually ..This guy is gonna have a retirement home right beside the Casey Anthony prosecuters house when this is over . There's no dought she did it but it's the prosecuter's blowing all these cases . The defense isn't winning it for her thier just staying quiet and letting this moron rammble on forever and ever im tellin ya right now he's blowen this case . There will be fist fight's in the dam jury room.This trial and prosecuter is a JOKE....

And I think JM is soooooooo sick of a murderer, that wants to apologize to a dog that she kicked years ago, but has absolutely NO FREAKING remorse for taking a human life!! I agree that this trial is a joke! They should just inject her & make the world a better place!

Mr. Martinez and his investigators have known from the very beginning that this was a pre-meditated murder ... and they will get Justice on behalf of Travis !

Worry Wart, I think Arias is trying to mimic the facial expressions of Wilmott.

As far as this witness testimony goes - do we need to know, "I thought it was a volunteer job. Then I said I assume this is a volunteer job. Then I was told it was an actual job. So, I was surprised to find out it was a job ... then I thought volunteer positions are jobs too they are jobs but a person does not get paid a salary a salary is what a person gets paid a year or per hour then I thought volunteers to not get paid yearly or hourly but a volunteer position is still a job then I thought that that thinking this job was a volunteer job instead of an actual job was not the right way to think then I thought that I was actually surprised to find out that I was going to get paid for the job then I thought it's still a surprise ...

The words in italic were not said by the witness - it just seems as though the testimony is a lot about nothing.

Let's assume that Arias was a victim of abuse perpetrated by Travis Alexander. Scared Arias went to great lengths to get to Travis Alexander's without detection - Arias plans required a great deal of effort, time, and work on her part. According to Arias, she was able to "fly" up reaching the top closet shelf and finding the gun on her first try - Travis Alexander was not in the closet trying to stop her - According to Arias she pointed the gun at Travis Alexander - Arias, assuming she is a victim, had the upper hand.

Plus, if Arias was convinced that she was a victim of Travis Alexander's abuse - that she had to murder Travis Alexander to save her own life - why did Arias clean up the crime scene, flee the area, not tell anyone, avoided notifying police. If Arias knew that she acted because she had to - Arias would have called the police - Arias would have believed that she did nothing wrong as she was saving her own life.

No one, IMO, can excuse, mitigate, explain, or justify Arias' slaughter of Travis Alexander. Again, if her plan to visit Travis Alexander was innocent - Arias would have no reason to work so hard to conceal her travel to TA's house. More so, Arias would have called the police because according to her she acted to save her life - and when she saw blood on her hands she knew that something bad had happened but she knew that she acted to save her life.

Arias did not call the police because Arias knew that she had planned and executed the slaughtering of Travis Alexander.

I believe that Arias took Travis Alexander prisoner on June 4th - Travis Alexander was not "free" to do what he wanted - he was her prisoner, her hostage. Arias weakened her prey "playing" with Travis Alexander. When Arias decided that she was done "playing" with her prey she murdered Travis Alexander savagely.

I think the difference between making fun of Nurmi's ties or Willmott's hair and ALV's sexual orientation (as per speculation) is that there is not currently an entire community of "bad tie wearing" Americans who have been systematically excluded from social legitimacy based on their choice in ties.

To put it another way, if an African-American "expert" took the stand on behalf of the defense, while there would be jokes about her hair cut or clothes being unflattering, I don't think there would be jokes about how extremely black her clothes or hair are.

JA admits she kicked a dog when she was in high school (mysteriously dog vanished afterwards).
JA slashes 2 sets of tires of TA's and tires of his new date.

With that in mind just imagine the things that she has done that we don't know and will never know that she has done in her controlling rages.

And she has a DV expert on the stand in her defense? Ugh! This is gonna be good.
