that's what i was thinking and for some reason I could swear in her pedo allegation she said the pic of the young boy in the pic had on spidie underwear...in other words, I thought there were two spidie undie mentions by JA-one was the gift and the other was the pedo pictue but I could be all messed up

First of all, I've been in the wrong thread for 20 minutes, what does that mean, lol?

I really can't stand ALV. I was abused for almost 20 years, I stayed because of the kids and I was terrified to leave. I can vividly tell you all the what, why's and where's. I did tell a select friend and some family. I loved when he left for work, I hated when he came home. If I could have vanished, I would have (with my kids of course). I did call the police, many times. He was arrested 3 times for assault. The last arrest he was ordered into anger management. BTW, on a previous police call he was brought to the physciatric hospital. At the last arrest before the Judge, the Judge asked him if he was in Anger Management and he said yes and proceded to hand the Judge a business card for a DR. Judge seemed Ok with this, well I was not. I brought this to the attention of the Judge and my X was fined and ordered to stay after court. I left and I don't know what happened.

True, I did keep taking him back, even picked him up from jail and the hospital. He never spent more than a night there. He verbally, emotionally and physically abused me in horrible ways.

Enough was finally enough when he started his carp with the kids. My son was 14 and my daughter was 16 at the time. After he was arrested for the last time he told my son he didn't love him anymore and it was time for him to live for him! It killed me to listen to that but I was a new person and threw him out of the house.

He stole all the money from our checking account (big mistake, never have a joint account), he put the house in foreclosure and took both the cars and disappeared. We (thanks to the the repo guy) were able to find him. He was forced by the courts (pendente lite) through wage garnishment to pay me support. After the divorce, he vanished (big surprise (thanks CA) ). I went thru 180, township shrinks to help, they where all no help btw. I went into the system.

Well the system could not find him (not a good address) even though I knew where he was and provided the address. OK, fine, I will make it on my own and support my kids alone (I don't make a lot of money but enough not to go on welfare). He was now in arrears for 80K and HE TOOK ME TO COURT!!!!! His GF wants to marry him debt free and he took me to court to forgive the debt. At this same time he bought my son an airline ticket to go to the state he is now living in. My son was missing for 5 days, he was 20 but OMG was I terrified. Upon my son's arrival home I was VERY upset as I was scared to death where he was. I would have reported him missing but on day 3 I saw something on my son's FB account and it was a pic in that state.

Sooo, I start getting ton's of letters from the court and I freak. I hire my attorney (money that I don't have) and cry, and cry and cry. My son calls my X and my son tells him to lay off. So, my X calls me (haven't spoken in 6 years) and curses at me, calls me names and threatens to kill me on my son's voicemail.

I called the police and got a TRO. I went to court and got a Permanent restraining order. My son had to get on the witness stand and the Judge threw in a permanent restraining for for my Son as well against his father.

I was called names, I was thrown down stairs and out of moving cars, I had towels shoved in my mouth and my head punched more than you could imagine. I was belittled, I was intimidated.......

Gosh darn it JA, gosh darn it ALV what the heck are you all talking about. This is a travisty to all real abuse victims and their families. I include TA and his family in this group of victims. ALV shame on you!!!!!!!

I was begging for Juan to protest this when it happened. ALV slid it in real quick and it was sneaky and a total lie.

Ah but listen to yesterday. He caught ALV out saying that she thought Travis taped it not JA. He didn't need to protest today when on redirect ALV reiterated the lie that TA taped it.

IMO that basket o' juror questions is brim-full of very very piercing questions.

Probably until the DP. She'll lose all her priviledges. She might think her cell is tiny now, but there are even smaller ones. She might only get to see a few visitors a week now, but she still sees some. She might think she's being abused because she can't have ink pens, but even pencils won't be allowed there. No commisary, no shampoo in the showers (heck, no hot water either), and no dressing up to sit next to her attorneys in court (think closed circuit TV with walkie-talkies). :jail:

No. It was over about 30 minutes ago or more. These shows like to make it look like it is live when really they are tape delaying.

Or they taped it when it was live and you are seeing the tape of HLN when it was live at the time.

NG is notorios for faking us and making us think the trial is still going on.

I think NG states that court is live because she is in Atlanta which has a 3 hr time difference from Phoenix (AZ is 3 hrs earlier than Atlanta)...so, when she's watching court it is still live.

I think that was misrepresented in court today. ALV said yesterday that JA was excited to take the test because she thought she was a bright as Einstein.
And BTW, the court minutes tell a totally different story. They show that she refused the test on two separate dates.

Jodi's Fickle-Finger-of-Fate has bugged me ever since she wagged it at us. It was obvious to me that she can purposely hold her finger in the bent position on-demand and she can straighten it out also whenever she wants.

I suspect she has had this double-jointed finger for a very long time and even if the injury did occur during her time with Travis, I highly suspect she injured it as she was stabbing him to death.

She is evil and so are these witnesses that are purposely lying on the stand with their false testimony for money.

right?? You'd think someone from her past; a childhood acquaintance, a neighbor, co-worker; someone - would come forward in the name of justice and be willing to testify that they know for a fact that she's always had double jointed fingers, or something of that nature.

It makes me mad that out of all the people having anything to do with her for 28 years - is there no one willing to do the right thing and tell the truth about who she really is, what she's really like, or in some way tell this jury the truth? It's absolutely infuriating that this is in no way a search for the truth, but a 'razzle-dazzle' shell game.

I'm reminded of "Chicago", both "He had it coming" and "Razzle Dazzle" apply, but this isn't supposed to be make believe or theatre. And I can't believe that for people like freaky Donovan, ALV's weird lady posse, and yes, even Jodi's mother at times - that the presence of the Alexander family in the front row isn't more of a reminder of that sobering fact.

God, today was absolutely infuriating. :furious:

It would be because when she lays her hand down the finger flattens out which would be consistent to the tendon being cut. If it were broken I'm not sure her she would be able to completely flatten out that finger.

It will straighten when she places her hand on a table etc but not voluntarily if the tendon was severed and was not repaired...

Posting as a newcomer here! Reading your insights and perspectives are Juanderful! Here's my take on something that stood out for me at the end of JW's rebuttal today...AVL said she rejected cases that "didn't have enough evidence/information", "didn't believe the person” (check all for JA), yet she DID take JA, and she apologized to JA for "invading" her privacy" , which included finding documentation of JA being a controlling stalker, blackmailer, liar and a sex life with TA that she hole-heartedly enjoyed. Yet she dismisses this under cross from JM because she's not an "expert" in those areas and she's only there to discuss DV! I mean..give me a f'g break! Can't wait for the Juror's questions - even when they're responded to by "It's not a yes or no question".

There is probably not an IQ test out there she considers capable of accurately measuring her intelligence. :floorlaugh:
