So where was this intimidation? ???

Have I suddenly developed selective hearing

Nurmi was planning for a mistrial from the get-go. Did you hear him say, "I'm glad this is on tape."? Juan is just straight questioning Samuels, an obstinate witness. Juan did nothing wrong.

Oops. Open mouth, insert foot (maybe keyboard, in this case). I posted before reading that he was in fact, an expert. I don't see how this testimony will help, either. It certainly indicates how desperate they are, that's for sure.

Love your doggie! Is she a schnauzer? My DH's family is from San Antonio.

The Judge is trying very hard to not roll her eyes....way to ruin her chipper mood DT

"And that proved what exactly, mr Nurmi??"

LOL I'm so embarrassed for them. They are really reaching! That was pathetic!:floorlaugh:

Please excuse my ignorance but what are the benefits of a mistrail?
I guess there is a new trial? If yes, does JA stay in jail or can she be
released until the new trial??

OMG I can't believe Nurmi really believes that is witness intimidation.

If someone raises their voice at absurdity it could be a mistrial according to Nurmi.

Is there where Judge Stevens says "I can.not.believe.you.guys.are.doing.this? I will..."

Hope so.

SOOOOO Juan doing his job with a defiant witness and Wilmont interupting, um I didn't see anything wrong with that interview IMO

So Nurmi and Willmott were present during the interview?

Oh goodness... this is so ridiculous.

Oh. "Here we go"... into absolutely nowhere. How on earth is that tape proof of intimidation of a witness? Other than Samuels was actually challenged and questioned?
