'When I heard a woman scream again, I went out on the patio'

'When on the patio, she was still screaming. There was a short moment of silence, then she screamed again'

'Then my wife woke up, said 'Don't just stand there! Do something!'

'I rushed out on the balcony after I called security, and heard a woman scream again'

'The woman's screams continued after the last shot was fired'

this testimony must be driving Oscar into utter despair..

screams.. screams.. another scream and gunfire.

the screams sounded not like fighting but like panic.. an astute call.

'V - called me back and said it was a DV incident. I said 'no way'. I also said it sounded like a man and woman being attacked.'

I have heard that there were two phones in the bathroom, but I don't know if it has been explained where in the bathroom they were. Were they in the toilet room with Reeva, or were they on the counter top in bigger bathroom area?

Two iPhones, one covered with blood two blackberries and the gun were found mysteriously in front of the shower door. The cricket bat was found lying on the floor in front of the first wash basin and her vanity case was found next to the tub. Therefore OP wants us to believe that she carted them along in pitch darkness into the bathroom, spread them around then entered the toilet in the dark and LATCHED it, will any fashion model be so untidy at 3:am in the morning and NOT switch on any lights!!!.In his anxiety he dressed up the crime scene to stage a fake break-in but since he claims he shot her in the dark, he had made a mockery of his affidavit once again.

Roux is objecting 'I did not say note designed to be incriminating'

Pros withdraws statement, though not conceding error.

I've forgotten the prosecutor's name...

Witness says he knew there were four shots before he made his notes. 'Yes, I knew it was four before I wrote.....but my first version I said I did not count the shots'

Oh dear. Pros finishes, Johnson excused.

Wow! I just got myself up to speed on this case via youtube. Things are really different in South Africa, no?

I cannot believe the defense attorney is allowed to interject so much supposition into his "questions"! Half the times it seems he is testifying. Plus making running comments about the witness's truthfulness, etc. Seems like anything and everything goes.

This Mr. Johnson is a GOOD witness. The Prosecution is lucky to have a witness with his demeanor.

I dislike this defense attorney almost as much as I dislike Mark Geragos!

No photographs of this new witness allowed. No idea who it is yet.

Roux completely failed in all of his fallacious arguments that the screams and the sound of gun shots this couple heard in their home where actually OP screaming in anguish and the cricket bat hitting the toilet door. This couple were steadfast with their testimony that they heard a women scream on numerous occasions and then four gunshots with a gap between the 1st and 2nd shot and then three gunshots fired in quick succession. Their resolute testimony has thrown a spanner into OP fierce contention that he shot an intruder hiding in his toilet, because with a women screaming his intruder baloney gets thrown out of the window, and the time taken by him to fire indicates he took careful aim pinpointed the location of the intended victim his own girlfriend hiding behind the toilet door and then meticulously fired four shots as he claims in the dark but surprisingly he succeeded in hitting her with three of the bullets he fired in total darkness. He should have taken up shooting as a sport and not athletics :tantrum:

I think this demonstrates that Mr. Johnson did not tailor his notes or statement to fit with factual information he later learned from media reports, and that he has not testified in the manner in which Mr. Roux has accused him.
