Radiologist on the stand and his version of the events are similar to the Johnson couple. OP is toast living a life of a free man on borrowed time.

Two iPhones, one covered with blood two blackberries and the gun were found mysteriously in front of the shower door. The cricket bat was found lying on the floor in front of the first wash basin and her vanity case was found next to the tub. Therefore OP wants us to believe that she carted them along in pitch darkness into the bathroom, spread them around then entered the toilet in the dark and LATCHED it, will any fashion model be so untidy at 3:am in the morning and NOT switch on any lights!!!.In his anxiety he dressed up the crime scene to stage a fake break-in but since he claims he shot her in the dark, he had made a mockery of his affidavit once again.

OP said it was pitch dark in the bedroom, not the bathroom; in the affidavit he indicates he has visibility in the bathroom.

He just called OP the defendent and Nel corrected that quickly: 'He's the accused.'

Mr Jonathon Stipp is a radiologist,on witness stand currently, doesn't know Pistorius...Nel takes him through the events that he witnessed on night in question .

Lives on Silverwood estate, neighbor of Oscar.. going thru his homes position and rooms in his home relative to Oscar's home. and situation of rooms.

Lights were on in the Bathroom?

I put on my prosthetic legs, ran back to the bathroom and tried to kick the toilet door open. I think I must then have turned on the lights. I went back into the bedroom and grabbed my cricket bat to bash open the toilet door. A panel or panels broke off and I found the key on the floor and unlocked and opened the door. Reeva was slumped over but alive.

Oscar's house was next door to that and he says he saw Oscar's bathroom light on too.

He went to call Security and heard ANOTHER three loud bangs. Thought there was more shooting and told wife to get out of the way.

Interesting that these folks call neighborhood security vs. police. Do they not have something comparable to 911 in SA?

This is so damning for OP. The witness saw someone moving in the bathroom and the light was on.
