Nel. one thing we know the multi plug didn't move. the smaller fan cannot reach it.

Nel. a policeman moved the duvet. a policeman opened the curtains wider than they should be ... a policeman moved those fans....all without knowing what your version would be. this is where we are at adjournment time.

Nel.. circumstantial evidence points to an argument. witnesses say they heard it it could only be that she ran screaming .

judge says ok. put it that way.

Nel in your version, the fan couldn't be in that position the curtains couldn't be in that position. and the duvet couldn't be in that position.

Nel what else do you see that's wrong> ?

I am not too sure Nel is correct about the Duvet. I am sure I remember someone saying that it was moved, possibly the photographer, to check there was no evidence on the sheet. Does anyone else remember?

If Nel really wanted to catch OP out with the cable, surely he would have gone to the house and measured every available place the cable's length would allow the fan to reach in the bedroom??

it was photod before it was moved and after it was moved to check for blood stains underneath.. spatter stuff. etc.

I could be wrong but then why did he ask to look at the gun in the restaurant? Claims he was thinking of buying one, so if he had used the gun previously on a firing range, he would have no reason whats so ever to look at it in a crowded restaurant imo.

I don't think he'll go and examine the cord himself. That's too risky because it may go against what he's saying.

Thing is, he was so nice and offered to come back later when I'd finished. so I agreed...and now I've just realized I'm not even with that cable company.

I don't know how much Nell's cross is really adding to the case and Milady's final decision. I must, however say it is extremely satisfying to see Nell take apart OP piece by piece and show to the whole world how arrogant he is even to this day saying how many things were wrong with Reeva. Reeva's family too has to feel a sense of relief that he at least for this brief moment is finally being shown to the world for what he is. It seems like Nell has alot of ground to cover and will take his time. And then we will have to endure a bunch of paid experts to try to bail this spoiled child out.

According to Van Staden it was already on the floor.

He also recorded the duvet on Pistorius's bedroom floor, and took photos of the blood spots on it after opening it.
