golly. Oscars witnesses will be dissected to the max by Nel.. no wonder the time for the case has been extended.

Roux making the point V had opportunity to 'correct' things between the first and second 'handing over' statement, I think.

Zwiebel - I think he said the open door on the main bedroom

Von states, the investigation wasn't done by one person. a team does it. it requires a team..

Von is laying out who did what, .. who did forensics, who did photography, who did ballistics.

Roux not happy with this .. Roux.. re Botha.. a theory as to how the investigation should have gone. could have gone.

Von agrees.. naturally.

back to the moment of the entry to the crime scene..

Roux asks or tells. that YOU, von, were the first person to go upstairs..

R: The first persons that went upstairs were you and Botha (excluding paramedics etc?)

V: That's correct.

Any body else cracking up watching the photographer dude behind Roux? He's funny!

V and B followed the blood splatters upstairs. OP was still in the kitchen.

R: you can state as a fact no other policemen, and subsequently a photographer, were the only ones who went up in the early morning....are you satisfied you answer is correct.

V: That's correct

One thing I've learned about Roux is this: He never asks a question that he doesn't already have an answer to.

I used to think he was rambling, but his questions all have a purpose.

He's now showing Von his 2 different statements.

I expect there will be some discrepancies.

Roux stating. that Von and Botha were the first upstairs.

where was Oscar?? in the kitchen..


did no other policeman go upstairs??


Von states.. correct . only he and Botha went upstairs.. of course he doesn't know who, if anyone went upstairs BEFORE he arrived.


a statement made by VON .... dated 16th

Roux , bit baffled. some thing wrong with his photocopy. he thinks its the 6th..

Von states, that is his statement.. 16th.. dated on the day he affirmed

Roux is .. oh.. his papers are a bit mucked up. bit of a delay..

wrong papers to the judge. hunting for right papers..

got it sorted..

this statement, this exhibit also contains Vons 2nd statement..

yes, its shocking that their most "valuable" piece of evidence has been contaminated, parts of it lost! - what a disgrace!

Very critical accusation now kindly produce substantial proof to validate your claim.

V: As we went through the bathroom, I saw a spent cartridge....we went through the bathroom picking things up

R: Did you disturb anything in the bathroom, pick anything up?

V: I did not

 

[Really?]

Still , nothing about the dogs....
