She does but until Tori's murder, she didn't kill anyone. Remember Rafferty dared her and that's when she kidnapped Tori.

Did she murder Tori or is she all talk? I think the jury will see right through her.

In another letter from May, McClintic describes having to see a medical professional as a result of the letter in which she described wanting to "take the first person I see" and murdering them.
