that doesn't show courage to me...that show that LE already knew who had made the deposits to his account...records show everything and even if she had access to his debit card the ATM where she made her transactions would have video.... JMO

I have seen you post multiple times stating that these women are not victims but indeed they are. This one too, and all of them had courage to stand in front of the guy that lied to them and under their nose killed an innocent child.

What if one of the women that has testified through out this trial was a family member of yours, would you still think that they weren't victims? I am not trying to be rude at all I am just curious.

I just dont understand how the crown isnt digging deeper with certian witnesses.

The one that said they were arguing today. Well what was the argument about?

The baby died. How did the baby die and was it MTR's baby?

What comments did he say to these women that turned them off and pretty much not want to see him again?

What did he say to manipulate all these women?

Did he act overly friendly around your child? Did you leave your child alone with him?

MY REPLY as my quote doesn't seem to be working as it should...
they probably know how the baby died...why would they need to bring an innocent baby's death into this horrible trial... as for the other questions you pose...LE had three years to question this witness and all of the above questions were probably answered and found not relevant......JMO

Obviously that is what people want to believe who want to see him guilty of all charges. Those that wish to watch the legal system run it's course and observe, might not be so bent on wanting to entertain that accusation. JMO

I have a friend that was murdered in an altercation. The man on trial had a LONG history of violence and fighting on his criminal record, the one murdered had NOTHING on his record. The trial would not allow the accused criminal record as evidience. How utterly ridiculous is that???!!!??? They had their reasons...his past was irrelevant to the crime or something stupid like that. Now tell me how that works!?!?

Here's another scenario: Maybe Rafferty wasn't pimping her, but blackmailing her. If Children's Aid knew she was hooking, she'd lose her kids. JMO

Out of sincere curiosity and respect, how do people do this before a trial has completed? More precisely, how do people wish for a death sentence on an accused, without hearing all the facts? There is an entire other half of a trial to be heard as of yet. JMO

I'd like to know how people choose to believe that absolutely everything TLM said was a lie with the exception of her second version of who actually kicked and killed Victoria with the hammer. On that piece of testimony, it is believed 100 percent. Why is that the only piece of testimony she is being credited with being truthful?

respectfully Crazyladi...I still don't consider most of these women to be victims and therefore still stand by my original opinions... and no I would not think a family member of mine was a victim in this instance...and moreover at this point in the trial I would be remiss to label someone a murderer without some clear evidence which I am still waiting to hear...I know he is charged with this but it hasn't been proven to date ( unless I am missing something) and I will wait until my peers make their decision....I will honour whatever they decide and will move on... JMO

He's not up on charges for being a pimp, which is why the judge said what he said, it has no revelance to what he has been charged with. JMO

I know exactly what the judge said (he said to ignore the fact that he's a 'philandering cad', he didn't say anything else!


Furthermore, it still doesn't change the fact that he's a pimp and a snake!

How are they not VICTIMS. They had been lied to, cheated on, disrespected and now they had police and detective involvement in their lives to come forward and testify in the case plus they had to face him again. To me I think that is a VICTIM. If not please explain to me what you would consider these ladies.

So lying, manipulating, being involved in a death of a child without their knowledge and carrying on like nothing had happened and pretending that he was helping find Tori only to find out not only was he cheating on you with all these other women he also killed a child and you sat in his car, the car that was used to abduct, rape and kill a child is not a victim???????

They are not victims because he physically harmed them or raped them but he emotionally scarred all of these women and hopefully he never touched their children.

They met in April 2008. Baby was born May 12, 2008. I think it said they met online and perhaps did not meet in person for a few weeks? It could have been met April 30th online and met in person for first time May 30th. Who knows? JMO
