Did we find out at what time MR was arrested at the parking lot of the Good Life gym and Quality Inn? JMO

Good morning all. I think I read that police began the take down of MR at 7:41pm or so. But I don't have the tweet handy that would confirm this. Of course, odds are good that as per the usual, I'm answering late, and someone else has probably already given the answer. :D

Edited to add: found the tweet. I was close but off by a few minutes.

At 7:37 initiated takedown. Vehicle blocked.

Images of McClintic were on the camera. Taken at Super 8 motel. Taken March 26th, 09

Also photos of Rafferty on the card.

Rafferty photos all taken at separate locations.

RaffertyLFP: Actual missing poster being submitted as evidence. The flyer is likely of the same printing as the one found at McClintic's

Police find drive w separate pics of Terri-Lynne McClintic and #Rafferty. One photo was him smiling w name tag: "Mysteriously Yours, Mychol"

Poster looks the same as the one McClintic had.

Poster is in the courtroom. Carnegie shows it to the jury.

In another drawer, they find a poster of missing girl #ToriStafford. Similar poster was found at Terri-Lynne McClintic's home

In cabinet drawer in #Rafferty's kitchen, police found Tori Stafford missing person's poster. Duplicate poster found in McClintic's home #sl

Showing both posters (Rafferty's and McClintic's) on a slide, side-by-side. They're the exact same, Scoyne says.

RaffertyLFP: Scoyne confirms the posters found at McClintic's and Raffety's are duplicates

RaffertyLFP: A piece of paper of interest also found in drawer; importance not realized until later. Paper wasn't seized

Police also saw, but did not seize, a piece of paper. Did not note it's significance at the time.

So far, Rafferty's home is clean and very orderly. Stark contrast to McClintic's which was quite messy #sl

When you look at TLM house you could see they had no money, everything was used and old. They spent most of their money on drugs so I wouldnt expect it to look any better.

MR on the other hand lived with his mother and she probably had respect for her own property since she probably worked and earned her money to buy things. She also probably cleaned up after MR.

Looking closely at paper from photo of drawer we see hand-written note: "Things for Carol: curtains, two lamps, hassocks in computer room...

Paper is hand written. Titled "things 4 Carol". Curtains are mentioned. TV stand as well. Furniture on the list.

RaffertyLFP: ... TV stand, coffee table - downstairs, end table - downstairs"; Scoyne says Carol McClintic is a possible "Carol

RaffertyLFP: Scoyne now describes the kitchen of the Tennyson residence; says an item of interest was found in one of the drawers.

McClintic's mother is named Carol, Scoyne reminds us.

Showing the kitchen at Rafferty's home. It is neat and well kept up.

Police searched all drawers/counters. Found a Wal-Mart receipt.

Scoyne says one of the items in the drawer was a Walmart receipt from Woodstock. Hair colour x2, chocolate and coke classic on receipt.

I am not surprised that her house was well kept, like you said, she earned her money. TLM's house looked like a hoarders house IMO

There was also a handwritten note titled "Things 4 Carol" which listed off furniture. McClintic's mother's name is Carol

Police also find a Wal-Mart receipt for two boxes of hair dye purchased on Apr11, 2009

RaffertyLFP: Scoyne confirms the numbers on the receipt match the unused blonde hair dye found at McClintic's.

Shows a purchase of two boxes of hair dye, chocolate and Coke. Scoyne has the receipt. Showing the jury.

Hair dye receipts were compared to the box police found at McClintic's home. Receipt purchase had the same skew number.

It cost $10.97.

RaffertyLFP: Scoyne says there were no other items of interest in the kitchen; now looking at living room area

The barcode number on the receipt matches the box of hair dye found in McClintic's home

Blue camera case in Rafferty's living room was seized. Camera was inside.

A Sony camera and bag found in the living room; Cyber-shot is the brand, 4.1 megapixel - compatible with memory card shown earlier.

Scoyne explains how the metadata on digital cameras can tell you where and when photos were taken.

Camera was the same as the one used to take pictures on memory card found earlier.

RaffertyLFP: Scoyne now describing landing of basement stairs; yellow tool box found there - a blue mastercraft knife found within

They don't know how it's going to be presented thought. IMHO this can make a huge difference.

I disagree, Derstine likely had a very good idea how it was all going to be presented in court, he was called to the bar in 1993, he's been doing this for a long time, it's not his first high profile rodeo or first criminal case he's defending. I'm sure he has a good idea how the Crown structures their cases - IMO
