Court shown some photos from the memory card. Including one of Rafferty wearing a label with words: Mysteriously Yours “Mychol” #sl

In cabinet drawer in #Rafferty's kitchen, police found Tori Stafford missing person's poster. Duplicate poster found in McClintic's home #sl

Maybe he went to a Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre like this one:

:moo:

In drawer, Police found Wal-Mart receipt for hair colouring bought Apr. 11/09. Compared to product found in McClintic's home: match #sl

Police used the SKU #, the number found on product bar code and on receipt to match the items found in #Rafferty and McClintic's home #sl

Police found camera in living room. Used meta data on digital card to match the photos on card to the camera #sl

Camera was the same as the one used to take pictures on memory card found earlier

I disagree, Derstine likely had a very good idea how it was all going to be presented in court, he was called to the bar in 1993, he's been doing this for a long time, it's not his first high profile rodeo or first criminal case he's defending. I'm sure he has a good idea how the Crown structures their cases - IMO

I know Derstine is very capable and has been at this a long time but I don't think he can count 100% on what questions will be asked of the witnesses and what their answers will be. I think he will also gauge the reactions of the jurors before he decides whether he recommends that Rafferty take the stand or not.:moo:

Next shot shows a yellow tool box near the basement stairs. Police searched it.

Police found a blue knife. Similar to the one McClintic described using in Rafferty's car.

This blue mastercraft knife was seized and sent off for forensic testing. There is no blade on the knife

It's a master craft knife. The blade has been removed.

Carnegie shows the seized knife to the court.

Police find a blue handle Mastercraft knife w no blade. Similar to one McC described she used to cut out #Rafferty's car backseat on Apr8

RaffertyLFP: Actual knife is submitted by Crown as evidence. [via Twitter]

Hair dye receipts were compared to the box police found at McClintic's home. Receipt purchase had the same skew number.

It cost $10.97.

RaffertyLFP: Scoyne says there were no other items of interest in the kitchen; now looking at living room area

The barcode number on the receipt matches the box of hair dye found in McClintic's home

Looks like TLM was telling the truth. I think this is what the crown is trying to prove that even though she changed her story the bits and pieces besides who yielded the hammer are starting to be shown

Also, its likely that he has been up against this prosecutor before as I know in my area, the lawyers all seem to know one another, and can tell you stories about having defeated or lost to so and so in a court room years ago, etc. JMO.

I don't know about you guys but when i get home from shopping I empty all my purchases on the kitchen table I then take the receipts out of all the bags,I then start taking tags off things and and make two recycling piles one for paper one for plastic if there is something I may return I put the receipt on the fridge. If the receipt were for like chocolate and hair dye then i would put in a paper recycle pile on the table. I am thankful this receipt was found, but I don't understand why it was ever kept. Anyone else find it strange to keep such a receipt.

RaffertyLFP: Scoyne confirms that police were looking for knives as part of their investigation; drawing by McClintic of knife shown to court. [via Twitter]

Police were looking for a knife. Investigators were asked to seize any sharp blade exactoknife.

RaffertyLFP: Now seeing a floor plan of Tennyson home; 6 items marked and located: receipt, missing poster, note for Carol, knife, memory card, pea coat

Why would he and TLM have posters of Tori and why does he have a list of furniture he has to give to Carol???

I do find it weird usually reciepts are thrown away.... but maybe just maybe he for some reason put it in the drawer. Who knows with him. JMO

Showing a photo of the knife, and a drawing of the knife McClintic made side by side.

Showing a scale diagram of the main level of Rafferty's home. Points out where items were found.

Ok just wondering why he would have kept this knife at all if it had been used in this crime? Secondly, why keep a bladeless knife at all? Doesn't that just make it a useless handle? Odd. :moo:

Showing the master bedroom. It was used by Rafferty's mother.

Second floor also contains an office/computer room and a second bedroom -- Raffety's.

BBM ---One hair colour each??? wow!!

Woah I was kidding yesterday when I said two for one; one for TLM, one for MR's streaks. Maybe my kidding was right.:moo::floorlaugh:

RaffertyLFP: Second floor also contains an office/computer room and a second bedroom -- Raffety's

Now seeing photos of Rafferty's bedroom; a dresser sits in the middle of the room, shelving, closet, bed, fan

Showing a bedroom that has been converted into a computer room

Now shots of Rafferty's room. Somewhat tidier than McClintic's. Has a bed, dresser, book shelf, closet.

RaffertyLFP: One of the shelves contains "items being sought"; pill bottles, water bottles, hats

Court now seeing photos of bedrooms in house, including #Rafferty's room
