Showing the list of songs found on McClintic's iPod. iPod wasn't examined until a few days ago.

They had the ipod for almost 3yrs and didn't examine it until a few days ago? :waitasec:

The fact that he was unemployed, would explain why he was living at home, he couldn't afford rent. As Ardy said, it's not uncommon for adult children to live at home. There are many reasons why adult children return home when they had moved out previously.

and most that return would be working not drugging it up, sponging, doing nothing but hanging out picking up women at the local GLF and zipping around town with criminals. If you have one of them living at home...houston you have a problem. IMO This is not a rare occurrance for him...this is his ongoing way of life IMO

The song tied for 5th, is called "The Most Sadistic", was called "Inspecta Gadget" on the iPod.

This song is about dancing on an enemy's grave and sexually assaulting family members.

Of the named songs on the iPod, that was the second most played, Scoyne says. Unnamed tracks didn't have play counts.

Court now hearing some of top most played songs on McC's iPod. It's by death rapper Necro about splitting someone's head open

Were talking about the music AGAIN! What is the point of this???? Because TLM said that's the song she was listening to and the defense wants to show she didn't have it downloaded so therefore MR didn't rape and probably kill Tori??? This is ridiculous.

That song was no. 2 most played song. Now playing another song tied for fifth place called "The Most Sadistic" by Necro

RaffertyLFP: Derstine now playing the song "Most Sadistic" by Necro. Lyrics here: http://bit.ly/HgsfP6

RaffertyLFP: Derstine confirms these songs are highly played on McClintic's iPod and ends cross-examination

:yesss:I want to know what was it those bags MR put into JW's car. We will get there, hopefully today...:yesss:

The only way anything will be mentioned about the bags IMO is if they actually pertain to this case. Who knows what could have been in them, it could have been ANYTHING. If nothing is mentioned again about the bags, I am pretty sure we will be safe to assume they are not of significance.

Has anyone found any information about SKU numbers? I was unable to find anything that shows whether they are different on every single item, or the same for job lots and how often they are changed at the factory.

More importantly, why was the date on the Walmart receipt not mentioned? That, to me, is very significant. I hope the defence will bring this up.

As for the "Missing" posters for Tori: There must have been literally thousands of those floating around Woodstock and vicinity by then. I would bet that half the homes in town had one or more. I fail to see where this could be evidence of anything except that both TLM and MTR were aware of the disappearance ... as was everyone else in town.

JMO

Date of receipt was mentioned: April 11, 2009. The poster? MR told the LE he kinda (my words) heard about "the missing girl", but there was a poster found in the house. Just goes to show he probably lied...AGAIN. I would like to know if the caps were sent away for forensic analysis to see if they are the same material content and from the same manufacturer as the water bottle from his bedroom? Again this will show he was at the scene and used the water bottles to clean up with. HTH and :moo:

No more questions from Derstine. No re-examination from Carnegie. Detective Constable Patrick Mullin is the next witness.

Crown calls OPP Det. Const. Patrick Mullin to the stand; he investigated the hair dye purchased at WalMart in Woodstock

Mullen is with the OPP. He joined the Tori Stafford investigation in mid-April, 2009

Crown has now called OPP Det. Patrick Mullin to the stand. He investigated hair dye purchase at Wal-Mart

He was assigned to investigate the box of hair dye purchased at the Wal Mart on April 11th, 2009.

RaffertyLFP: Mullin is confirming that the UPC code on the WalMart receipt for the hair dye matches the dye found at McClintic's

Showing the Wal Mart receipt found at Rafferty's home again. The box found at McClintic's home has the same UPC code.

RaffertyLFP: Mullin contacting WalMart and was advised that the UPC exists solely for the hair dye and nothing else.

It's pretty simple to figure out what he's doing, drawing a parallel between the lyrics TLM listened to and the crime TLM was convicted of and later confessed to actually doing.

ie: grabbing someone off the streets, smashing skulls, garbage bags, murder, covering it up, etc.

MOO

Showing the Wal Mart receipt found at Rafferty's home again. The box found at McClintic's home has the same UPC code.

RaffertyLFP: Mullin also obtained packaging from L'OREAL to confirm if there have been any changes; there have not been any. [via Twitter]

She confessed, it's pretty clear and she's not the one on trial.
