THIS case, at THIS point in time, has nothing to do with finding Gabriel. It's about Tammi Smith interfering with custody of the minor child, Gabriel, and forging documents. That's it. That's all this is about.

True. Tammi Smith will continue to prey on others unless she's held responsible. Hopefully this will prevent others from being taken in by her ,whether it's about adopting,business,or anything else.

I didn't see Logan testify. Was it moving? Did he come across as a grieving father whose child was stolen? Because if he came across as sympathetic, then her demeaning tone is going to hurt her.

He was stellar! He was emotional, he was hurting and it was obvious. I read somewhere that an attorney said he was the best witness he;s ever seen...don't know where I read that but I'm sure it was here at WS in a link maybe.

TS denies asking to put Sam A's name on the paternity papers . . . we were joking . . . joking w/Logan about him needing to sign papers so they could adopt Gabriel . . . TS denies joking . . .wants to hear the conversation . . . telling Det. she was joking when . . . .

I just remembered . . . when I called him back . . . chuckling about it in a joking manner . . .you don't want to hear what she has to say.

Phone calls w/Craig Cherry - would tell police they were joking and EJ wrote that down . . . but agree that it was her own handwriting on the paper with Craig's name. She didn't remember it but when saw document . . . .

We never got to hear her rant about Dee Ann Ayala. She's starting it now! I hope the prosecutor comes back to her over and over. Her "we were joking" about all sorts of things, the wine, you know and Dee Ann drinks a lot...... would help show her true character to the jury.

Hey guys, I am starting to have real hope about the outcome here!!!! Jack hurt but man, she is really helping the state, IMO!!!!

Oops, I may be a bit silly, but I'm tearing up just a 'tiny bit thinking about this woman having to face some justice.

We have a precious baby who may be dead, who has been stolen from the father who adored him and there is so little justice available for either baby or father so far. So, any bit of justice in connection with baby Gabriel's disappearance is important to me.

I hope this jury has some smarts but I'm so skeptical about juries these days!!!!

She can't make up her mind whether she wants Dt. Ramirez to pay more attention or less attention to her. In fact, whatever amount of attention Dt. Ramirez is paying to her at any given time is the wrong amount of attention.

You know, I truly hope that no matter the outcome, Logan finds a good woman and gets a second chance at being a dad. I am sure he has grown so much - even if in the most horrible of ways.
