Oh, the poor, poor woman, the Spanish inquisition on a daily basis!!! Surrounded by a SWAT team as she is tortured by questions from a LE dept. desperate to find an endangered and missing child.

I bet she's mad that she was wearing a turtleneck when the SWAT team invaded her home.:violin: Poor girl .

Hey guys, I am starting to have real hope about the outcome here!!!! Jack hurt but man, she is really helping the state, IMO!!!!

Oops, I may be a bit silly, but I'm tearing up just a 'tiny bit thinking about this woman having to face some justice.

We have a precious baby who may be dead, who has been stolen from the father who adored him and there is so little justice available for either baby or father so far. So, any bit of justice in connection with baby Gabriel's disappearance is important to me.

I hope this jury has some smarts but I'm so skeptical about juries these days!!!!

Wowzer! Tammy has 3 days to stew over how she is going to deal with this prosecutor. I think she'll get out a thesaurus to find more qualifying words to cover her lies.

And the prosecutor has 3 days to come up with the impeachment materials.

I'm going to pick up all the stuff I whacked off my plants today.

I can't wait for Schutt (sp?) to testify. Will he back up that he told Tammi all the things she said he told him? Will he try to say she misunderstood him???

Okay ,that dt lawyer is not being truthful. She knew there was no way Mr. Schutt would get on today. The Judge pretty much said that this AM.
ETA : He gave the defense the option of having Mr. Schutt testify in the middle of the defense ?TS.They refused.

Oops, my wording was a bit harsh. I never intended to say he would lie. But I do think Tammi "misunderstands" when it is convenient for her to do so. I wonder if his advice was totally what Tammi conveyed.

not sure can charge it as a 4 then allege it is a 3 - Judge doesn't think you can do that .
