Hmm, just thinking about a question Prosecution should find out, if they already hadn't.

TPS testified that the night of the neighborhood Christmas party, she was making Gabriel green smoothies. So, does that mean that she took him to the Christmas party with her, and if so, how did she introduce him?

Because according to her testimony, she knew from the beginning that they weren't going to adopt him (yet I heard that she posted photos on FB of H and Gabriel together with the caption, something like H and her new baby brother), so if Gabriel did go to the Christmas party, how did TPS introduce him? A friend of mine's baby? Our new baby, Gabriel? Our new baby, Jacob?

Wonder if LE ever questioned the neighbors about that party?

Very intriguing question! Do we know if any neighbors are on the witness list?

One thing I noticed was that, while Tammy is claiming that she was doing everything and would have done anything to get Elizabeth to bring Gabriel back from San Antonio, even wanting to send "fake" (as she calls them now) adoption papers, she claimed that Logan threatened her. So the prosecutor asked when did he threaten her? Her answer was, "He threatened me when he said, 'Anyone helping her is going to . . . ' you know . . . " It just seems that if she were really trying to get Elizabeth back, she would have also been angry at any unknown person helping and reacted more like, "Yeah! Those people helping her should get what they deserve!" But, no, she saw the remark about "anyone helping her" as being directed at her. Tammy, personally.

This is a horrible situation. I firmly believe EJ didnt want Gabriel but she didnt want Logan to have him either. She also used Gabriel as a pawn to hurt Logan. To make matters worse she met some lady in an airport who wanted to adopt Gabriel. EJ thought it was perfect because that would really hurt Logan TS was happy she finally got someone to give their baby to her. I think EJ did flip flop as TS says and that is when TS gave EJ some ideas about what to do and how to do it. 2 mentally unstable people met and then things went down hill from there quickly.
I have seen a couple of people mention Logan's criminal record, EJ has a criminal record, so does TS. She has forgery charges before from my understanding at least a couple of times she was caught for. TS has other charges in her past as well. No one in this group has clean hands but Logan is the only one that has stepped up and said yes I have a record and yes this is what I did. TS cant even admit to a small lie when she is caught red handed on the stand.

Thoughful post. Baby Gabriel is the only innocent one in this mess and no one knows just where he is. How sad.

thank you I missed what those charges were but I thought perhaps since she had a prior marriage/custody battle this was the case as it was with my friend who got her ex in a lot of trouble. At the time I remember running around with her and she needed gas one day so she wrote a check at the gas station another time we went shopping and she bought groceries and signed his name too. I have no idea which check it was years later that got him in trouble but it is so very common with spouses and divorces. it was a big hassle for him cause his car got towed they stopped him on a traffic violation and he had no idea about those old checks.

Yes I would most definetly advise her to just fess up on old cases. I had a client once who was in a custody battle and I told her 18 times its better to admit to the pot then lie and get caught. What happened when they asked her if she smoked pot? " Oh no never" so the judge sent her that day for the test. Bingo, she lost and even after I told her "I told you so", she still blames the ex, me and everybody else. Some people just dont take advice well.

Are you a lawyer? I am glad they charged Tammi because I don't think she should get away with her involvement with EJ and little Gabriel. Her meddling had an impact on EJ and LM in my opinion. If we go by the media personalities she will probably get off because she "meant well" but at least she has been held accountable and humiliated. jmo

Every time we hear about a woman killing another woman to get her newborn or worse,to cut the baby out of it's mother before birth, questions always pop up . Didn't anyone see any signs? Couldn't this have been stopped?

The lengths to which Tammi was willing to go to get a baby screams of obsession and desparation.Would she go as far as murder? IDK,but there sure are some big honkin; red flags IMO.
Tammi felt entitled to Logan's child. She rationalized every dirty trick she pulled. IMO she's a threat to society .She's a predator .
JMHO.

I hope the jury with knowledge of Tammi's prior efforts to get a baby with the methods mentioned earlier will see how she is lying a blue streak when she tells them now that she wasn't trying to adopt Gabriel but help EJ get custody. What??!!

If she walks, she has NOT been held accountable. And as for being humiliated, I don't believe she is; she feels she is right and the law is wrong. She looks at her former friend's testimony as "betrayal" rather than as "telling the truth under oath", which is what it is. The idiots who support her in that delusion and let her liken her former friend to Judas and herself as Jesus are only creating a worse monster, IMO. Very very scary stuff. And the scariest is they call themselves CHRISTIANS. Downright delusional, truly mentally ill, and very very scary, IMO.

A couple more thoughts I wanted to get in before we start focusing on tomorrow's testimony:

Tammy claimed in her testimony that the plan to try to get Elizabeth to Tennessee was for the purposes of getting her to a place where "Logan could find her." But that couldn't have been her motive because she never mentioned the Tennessee angle to Logan, did she?, nor to LE. So that seems like more custodial interference to me right there.

Also, she testified that she knew Gabriel's cry. Why? Because she knows her children's cries. I don't understand why her attorney even led her to go there.

I honestly think she still believes that she has as much right to Gabriel as Logan does. And as far as all this talk on InSession about her good intentions towards Gabriel being a defense, what a load! She's not being tried for trying to hurt Gabriel; she's being tried for defrauding the state and trying to interfere with Logan's rights. If loving a baby were a defense, then we could all just try to trick anybody out of a baby we took a liking to.

I was a paralegal for a criminal defense firm and a licensed investigator for the state. Our firm represented defendants usually court appointed criminals in the state of Texas.

Each state has different rules and how they read and apply their laws. In all my years I have seen custodial interreferrence but never in a 3rd party. Usually its one parent against the other. Even as serious as kidnapping charges are when it comes to one parent against the other usually not much happens to the other parent unless it involves a murder or some type of serious harm to the child.

I had a case where the mother insisted the judge allow a doctor to put her children under anestheia to prove the father had raped his 2 boys. That did not sit well with the judge and after much publicity and many court dates the judge had to relent and ofcourse nothing was wrong with the boys and she lost and rightfully so and there was no recourse for the father for what this woman did to him and her own children. It's usually cases like that where one side uses the law or attempt to in their advantage.

I am proud to say I had a case that I insisted our firm throw this horrible dead beat dad in jail for non payment of child support. He was in arrears over 30 thousand dollars in support and when we went to court he stood before the judge and said " Judge are you telling me I am going to jail if I dont pay the support?" and the judge said " You are going to jail until you DO PAY THE SUPPORT" LOL that made my day! I was high on that case for weeks. Then I got back to my office and all these males attorneys were looking at me with anger in their eyes and i was advised 97 % of father didnt pay anyway and i said " What that makes it right? and those lawyers felt bad for the guy. It was the 1st case in Dallas County to send a man to jail for not paying child support around 1986-1988.

later that woman remarried and the new hubby adopted her kids and this deadbeat signed off in order to get off the hook on the support. That represented a new day for mothers who struggled to support their children while the fathers ran around w/o a care for their kids.

Just watching the beginning of today's In Session - Christy Paul on with AZ Defense Atty who has been in the courtroom for TPS's trial.

He says TPS is trying to blame everyone but herself, and wonders if she gets along with anyone.

He also said, when TPS was crying about the surrogacy or failed adoption (I forget which) that a man, probably the foreman, rolled his eyes, like her crying has gone too far....

I guess he needs to talk to Beth Karras about what he is seeing versus what she is reporting....



ETA: the defense atty is NOT one of TPS's - he just happens to be an AZ defense atty.

Beth and Vinnie were sweet on her Friday what is their problem over there its 11 40 central time here and we were at the courthouse at 845 and rolling by 9 am. i guess its mountain time there so its 940? still no court or are they just not showing it
