I have to go for a moment, can someone transcribe a bit or summarize so I can know what happened while I'm away???

Oh the prosecution is warming up. They are asking some really good questions.

People offer to give up their babies every day? No, not odd at all!

He's scared sh###tless that he's going to mess up and he's second guessing himself. That's what happens when you have to remember lies IMO

The answers aren't coming as easily now it seems. He is really tripping up
badly, imo, on the small things.....

OMG - people do that everyday, give their child up to strangers after only knowing them a few hours????????

Apparently... ;)

Yeah she seems pretty young. She's good though.

She joined the prosecution team only a few weeks before trial started (it's in the minutes). She went right from one trial to this one - the prosecution wanted her on the team because her experience is in computer crimes, as I understand.

I'm trying Gitana but I'm confused on some of this stuff. Talking about how Rachel did not have the resources they did but were expected to get own legal help? Prosecutor calling him out that they just could not afford a baby, it wasn't that they were not going to buy one. JS says it doesn't matter if they did not or could not afford a baby.

I hope you guys don't mind me joining in. I'm watching trial and feel like slapping this guy across the face - lol. He has the classic actions of a liar - pursing his lips (Cindy Ant style whenever she lied) and touching his face all of the time. He's so sarcastic - grrr. OK, I'm done. Thanks.

$3500 for medical and possible legal fees is low for a private adoption. The baby was too expensive?

His answer about that made no sense at all. $500 to each parent and $300 for legal fees. Was he bargain shopping.

He doesn't know Tammi was willing to pay $900/mo. for a surrogate and didn't really get into those minor details with her?

Your wife says they would pay up to $900 per month for a surrogate. Were you aware of that? No. Did you discuss surrogacy plans with her? No

He's about to go George Anthony on this attorney. Getting snippy.

He sure was stammering there a good bit. I am thinking he realized he said something wrong and had to figure a way out.

No but I watch a lot of TV. J/K my friend's hubby is from there.

What was that message that he was not aware of til now? And why not? Didn't her attorneys share discovery with him?

Atty Lee looks confused that TPS did all this stuff behind JS's back....

Is it just me or does Mr. Smooth appear a little green around the gills during this cross?

  • #217
OMFG I LOVE THIS PROSECUTOR. :rocker: sister!!!

  • #218
wonder who's in the courtroom - TPS just turned around & smiled at someone.

  • #219
You know if you were truthful from the get go you wont have a problem remembering it.
