Why is it odd a father would want to "adopt" his car without a house and car? He has a house thing.

My question would be Mr Logan wasnt trying to adopt a child he was trying to get custody of HIS child.

Packed one diaper, one bottle, one outfit and one jar of baby food for Baby Gabe per EJ's instructions. She wanted to show Logan what it was like to have to get the baby stuff and provide for him.

Question for the Smiths....if you truly loved this baby and were so concerned with his well-being - why did you follow EJ's instructions? Why not pack his bag with far more than he would need (if you cared about HIM - Baby Gabriel). Nothing they say makes the least bit of sense to me.... jmho

And wouldnt that go to show they were trying to STRESS the father into giving up his rights? Therefore interfering with Logans custodial rights.

Seriosly, somethings are cristal clear in his mind, other (important) details he does not remember, after all it's been 2 1/2 years ago.

Personally, and I'm not an attorney, I like it - because it now appears that Tammi was doing all this stuff behind his back, and if EJ were the "master manipulator" that defense stated in the opening statements, wouldn't Jack have been more involved in the whole thing?

Dang I got up for a few minutes and missed the whole name change. When did they decide to change the baby's name? Was it the week they had baby Gabriel?

I seriously love that in AZ the jury can ask questions. So many other cases i believe would have truly benefited from this

Good question from the jury. Why didn't he call CPS?

He had no concern for his life when they picked him up. He only had a gut feeling, late in the afternoon, it was never brought up as an option. (Who would have brought it up?)
