Personally, and I'm not an attorney, I like it - because it now appears that Tammi was doing all this stuff behind his back, and if EJ were the "master manipulator" that defense stated in the opening statements, wouldn't Jack have been more involved in the whole thing?

You have a point. He makes it seem like everything is hunky dory, everything was normal, etc., but if it can be shown that he had no idea what his wife was doing, that Tammi was manipulating Jack, might be good.

I know what Hannah looks like - she's sitting in the lap of someone. And considering how TPS made a big point about how the case was affecting Hannah to Det. Ramirez back then, why let her hear what mommy has to say???

I think they're moving Hannah out of the courtroom at the judges suggestion. I'm not sure that's what the Judge was saying to the court reporter but I think it was.

O/T this is so weird my friend texted me earlier today to say a swat person came to her house and told her hubby to lock the door because there was a teen missing from a nearby home for troubled youth. Yes, the jury gets it. Ask a nuts and bolts question and bring this all back to the reason they are there....Cut through all of the ..... stuff ..... that means nothing and try to get some truth before the day is over....

Obviously Tammi didn't give Jack a colon cleansing treatment today....
