I thought they just went to break, since they were discussing Tammi's phone records after they sent the jury out. Didn't hear them saying anything about not showing the current witness, since it should be TPS.

TS lawyer said he that TS printed off a detailed call log since the State's log was hard to understand - which the States is in evidence and certified. They pulled a JB and just gave this to the state today, it has TS handwriting on it. They want to sub that for what the State put in. The judge said he would allow her to use it to refresh her memory but not allow it unless the State agrees and validates it as well as the handwriting needs to be removed because that's basically putting in her testimony

Hey, I panicked....give me a break!
Some how my feed was showing Jack's testimony then it just cut to the seal. I thought court was back in session but apparently someone running the feed had done a rewind of earlier testimony.
